Super boring. I could barely stand her classes, she went over homework but didn't teach much else. She also wasted a lot of class time having us go over homework in groups and then went over it herself anyway, or went around and talked to every single pair.

The most memorable thing about this professor is that as my lab instructor, I was reported for plagiarism. She refused to work with me or point me to academic resources, although I explained to her I couldn't fully grasp the material.

222 is hard- so need to keep up from the beg. Prof. Fagan is awesome- in the beg. I felt like she wuz going too fast but then towards the end of the semes. i felt like she wuz going 2 slow- basically she paces herself acc. to the class' level of understanding- i'd say she's particular, clear and fair grader :) take her class 4 sure!

I love Prof Fagan! She is always very clear in conveying the material and her random comical comments give class an extra punch. Whenever I don't understand something in the reading, I come to class the next day and her lecture makes everything clear.

Maureen is amazing. She is SO helpful, easy to understand, and eager to answer questions. It's obvious she wants her students to succeed. She's also so cute that it nearly killed me. PLEASE TAKE THIS CLASS WITH PROF FAGAN (222 and/or 223) even if you aren't interested in science, take it pass/fail.. you'll be glad you did!

I think Fagan has improved since the last ratings-she doesn't appear nervous in class at all. She spends a lot of time on the homework problems and a lot less on the theory, which made the tests difficult for me because I only knew how to do the problems we did in class. I had her both semesters; I wish I had tried a different prof for 223.

Never have I ever been less motivated to perform for a professor. When she doesn't even know the material herself, how can she expect us to understand it? She always appeared confused and disgruntled. I learned everything in this course from my lab professor. Smith, get****an outta here!

I found her pretty unclear, and it seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about at times. Her tests were way too long, and I don't understand why she had to pick the longest and most difficult compounds to analyze during the tests!

Fagan is very inexperienced. Her exams are unnecessarily long, she teaches verbatim from the text book, and at times, makes me believe that she doesn't know the material herself. She should've stuck with research. Her public speaking skills are atrocious

Fagan is one of the worst professors I've ever had. She teaches straight from the book and is often confused in class and makes mistakes. Going to her office hour is a waste of time, she can not explain anything and is usually too nervous to talk.

She tought from the book but didn't even change the compounds into zig-zag structures. The book explained it better than she did--she made class obsolete, and she has the highest, squeakiest voice with the most OBNOXIOUS tic-cough. Wanted to shoot myself
