Bro. Mike simply put is incompetent for the level of education he is teaching. He treats his students like theyre in the 3rd grade. You cant leave class without him stopping his lecture and staring at you, while also making you leave your phone. He is constantly unprepared for class and he lectures on topics completely irrelevant to the course.

He's easy sweet. You have weekly poems to write. You get on stage every once and awhile to improve speech skills. you have weekly quizzes on readings (easy) and musical listening. You have to attend music and art performances. Not bad. And he has enthusiasm for it so that better and you get art out of it too. You see his love for music.

Brother Mike is very kind! His papers were easy and the books were very helpful as well! I took him my freshman year and will again next semester. He had surgery about a year ago so we helped him a lot because he needed a cane to walk. His positive outlook at life changed the way I saw my life... So far he's my favorite professor!

He's a sweet man and his classes are fairly easy going. He gives a lot of busy work essays that are not graded based on content at all. I got a lot of As on the important material and a few Bs on essays but ended up with a C for the semester. There's a lot of work but not much to show for it.

Plain and simple: this man should not be teaching anymore. He confused me with another student and gave me her grades, which were failing grades. Then when I confronted him, he wanted to "give me a D" like that is better. I'm not the only one who's been cheated out of grades/attendance because of his absentmindedness. Retire please!!

I took Br. Mike for the intro to fine arts trio music portion because I like Br. Mike. He's friendly, but his class SUCKS!! You have to buy a box set of CDs and basically memorize them, the composer, dates, etc. I made a C and I was in band in high school
