Comment:
I have loved my classes with Dr. Camp. His classes do require quite a bit of reading and his tests are challenging, but I feel as if I have learned a lot from him. He has high standards for his students, which I think is typically good, especially in major classes. Dr. Camp is intelligent, thoughtful, and passionate about the Old Testament.

It was tough. He's way to specific on tests and lots of reading from the book of acts and bible project videos with a ton of questions to go with. He's extra boring and lecture heavy as well. Wouldn't recommend him.

Horrible professor. His classes are extremely boring and he looks out for who isn't paying attention and deducts participation points. His powerpoints are next to useless and his exams are extremely hard. He expects you to answer questions on tests based off of HIS opinions instead of your own. Is one of the worst and most unreasonable professors.

I think Dr. Camp is a really great guy! Does really well with keeping up with blackboard so you always know your grade. Very well versed in Genesis. Pretty boring at times but easy Bible elective that requires not a lot of work. Alter translation is DEFINITELY required. I really enjoyed the class overall, easy A.

Great teacher, has a lot of really interesting things to say. I learned so much more in his semester long class than I have in my whole life in the church. His class isn't easy, you have to do work, but it's worth it. Genuinely cares about his students and his subject.

He is hard and boring, it's hard to stay awake and be on time. He counts you late and tardy without telling you, look out for deducted points.

He is a nice guy, but his class is extremely hard. His study guides don't really help you on the test. He is very strict on attendance too. I never felt like I could prepare his test enough. It was a tough one.

I am inclined to think that he is a better teacher than a preacher considering his smooth, educational methods.
