She is a great teacher and loves geology. I really did not care about this class before I started it and with her and my lab teacher it was awesome. Study the notes that she writed because those are pretty much where she gets her test from. She will allow you to correct the questions that are wrong for points. Awesome teacher *she wanted a pepper*

Prof. Carlson is one of the best teachers I have ever had. 2004/2005 was Carlson last year teaching at TCC, I had her for the 2003/2004 year. If you ever get a chance to see her later take the time and see this truely wonderful lady. Her love of geology is pure and her lectures are very rewarding. I changed my major to earth sciece because of her.

Prof. Carlson is a great teacher. I just finished her exam and I pray I pasted so I can Graduate on Friday. This is Prof. Carlson last year teaching at TCC and she will truly be missed by "us" the students.

You can tell this teacher really loves Geology and has a real passion for it. Take good notes from the movies and listin in class and you wont have a problem. She is easy to talk with also. Very nice Teacher. Her love for geology will rub off on you. I learned many new things about the environment.
