Honestly, among my favorite classes at this school thus far. She presented a hearty and appropriate course with all of the historical goodies and contemporary issues intact, discussions never failed to be entertaining. It can be abstruse if you're only beginning however- the Schelling readings notably.

I had her back in 95/95 for a class on Romanticism. Smart, fun to listen to, encouraging, and a unique class that explored the philosophy of the romanticism. Some strange readings, but a fun class.
