If you want to learn, stay away. She is completely scatterbrained and her class has no flow. She won't really explain problems, she just shows the steps to use and then expects you to figure out the rest. The only perk is that if you do all the assigned homework you get some good extra credit. Stay away from this teacher

All you soft undergrads that have no desire to learn - you will be "down-selected". Do you want grades or do you want to learn? Great instructor - take your focus off grades - learn - you will be surprised. All the rest, get a different major with soft math. The course matter is tough, think your guidance counselor could teach calc?

This teacher is terrible, she often gets her own example problems wrong and is going deaf. When you ask a question she never answers the question, but instead explains everything you already know. Puts way to difficult of questions on the test. Only good think is helpfulness and caring.

AHH! Anderson will just jump into notes and go on and on in the most confusing way. She has horrible office hours and when you ask her a question, she gives confusing and random answers. The textbook was ridiculously hard to understand and she tests about small details. She does give extra credit though. got a B by studying a lot.

Good 'ol Wilma. She cracks me up with her stories that go nowhere and her incoherent explanations sometimes. But, I think she does a pretty good job of getting the basics of calc down, and I would recommend taking her for this class. No required homework. Just study for the tests.

horrible horrible. must avoid. i never had a problem with math until this. I worked harder in this than anything, got a C, ruined 3.8 gpa tests are rediculous. even if you understand concepts you will fail tests take some1 else. hard to understand. limited office hours. grades h/w. doesnt make sense where she takes off for points. Horrible Teacher! I was lost the entire time! Wish I would have know ahead of time. I luckily dropped the class! She has no idea what she is talking about and erases notes before you can copy them! She is reluctant to help students and the book is also extremely confusing! Avoid her at all costs!

She obviously understands calculus very well. Unfortunately, I found her extremely difficult to understand, even though I was studying more for this class than any other. I hate to give her a low rating because she tries really hard, but she just doesn't teach very well. Also, her voice might give you a headache (not her fault, but still true).

horrible teacher if you have trouble with math do not take her she is horrible at the actual teaching part. she doesnt really know the math herself...minor detail. she also doesnt know how to grade homework. example 2 wrong out of 12 and i got credit for 6 out of 12 you do the math even after i tried to explain to her...anyways dont take her.

By far the worst teacher I have ever had. She has made Calculus a living Hell for me and I wish I had known how horrible of a teacher she was beforehand. Do everything you possibly can to avoid this teacher, because she doesn't care at all if you pass or fail, all she cares about is normal windows.

Ahh! I am so confused...although she knows what she's talking about, it's obvious that her strength lies in calculus and not teaching. Nothing we learn is seemingly connected, and we have a test tomorrow!! This is the hardest class I've ever taken, and I'm very strong in Calc.
