Heads up.. Her Tech Writing classes are EXTREMELY hard. As a graduating senior I can say that her class was the hardest class ever in my college career. I know everyone is different, and some of you may enjoy it. But, our whole class had to partner up together to make it through. It's bittersweet, because she is wonderful but the class is painful.

What a wonderful lady. Very nice and funny. For a writing intensive class, and for someone who doesn't like to write, this class was very enjoyable. All of the semester's mini papers worked up to the final paper. The papers were real world applicable, not just boring old, twenty page research papers that you will never have to write again.

Shes really a great person and really works with you if you ask for help. EXTREMELY tough grader. she doesnt clearly state what she wants from each assignment, I had to ask people who had already taken her class. But when people stopped coming to class she really helped those who cared about their grade.

The semester was relatively easy until the end. Listen to what the teacher says or you will not pass. She gives a lot of hints to help you out. She's pretty funny and tells a lot of personal stories. Her class is interesting, just do the work!

A very nice lady, but I would never take her again. Grades really hard and doesn't really explains projects as well as she should. However, if you show up and have some sort of interest, you should be fine.

AVOID. She was a nice person, I'll give her that. But her grading criteria was so unclear. I never understood why I got points taken off on some assignments. Inconsistent with how many points she takes off for the same penalty on different assignments. Even going to her office hours never helped me.

Great professor! She truly cares about her students and will meet you half way. She's a sweet lady, but do not underestimate her. Her course can be very challenging. Going to class is essential, and if you need help she's always willing to help. Do not wait until the last minute to go talk to her. Ask for help and do all of the assignments.

I loved her!! She did everything in her power to make sure I did well in her class. Will definitely retake her when I can! Attending class is a must, and I have learned a lot from her.

She really does want you to pass the class. She will meet you any time after class. She prepares you for a job editing, which is not an easy job. You have to remember you're not in high school anymore ... this is college. Just don't be afraid to ask for her help.

She does care & will meet with you anytime. She really does wants you to pass. The assignments are designed to prepare you for an editing job ... editing is by far not an easy job. I can see why younger students don't want to take her, but this is college not high school.

She sometimes made lectures interesting, but was very confusing when explaining assignments. Everyone was lost the entire class. She also told us we were incompetent regularly and said our questions about assignments were stupid. She is helpful if you go to her office and ask for help though, so take advantage of that.

She changes due dates with little to no warning so if you ever miss even one day of class you will be behind. Plus she grades harder than any teacher I have ever taken. The class is not even worth the time I spent stressing over it. Overall she is nice but the class is not worth taking with her. Confusing and stressful. I do not recommend.

The material she teaches is very applicable to real world settings. I would still not take her class. Changes due dates on assignments without notice. She is unable to communicate effectively leaving the whole class confused. Becomes angry when you do not understand and ask questions.

This class was not the easiest but Ms. K will work with you no matter what. She seems hard at first but when you need help, she is really sweet. You won't leave her class disappointed. You will actually feel accomplished!

Do not take her, she is almost worse than her husband. She seems nice at first, but she isn't. She is rude and disrespectful. Not always helpful. Go to class do the work there!!

I really enjoyed her class. She knows her stuff and is always available. She is also fair with grades and her expectations. Her classes are interesting, but avoid her if you have sensitive ears--she cusses like a sailor. (But, to me, she just added her personality to the class.)
