Easy class, but it mostly felt like a waste of time. It often seemed like it was a struggle to fill up the 50 min with enough material. His lectures were very slow and a little all over the place. He does give a lot of B's. And he's a nice guy.

WASTE OF TIME. We watched nine films in class--why am I paying so much money to watch movies in class? When he did lecture, it was read directly off the powerpoint. I couldn't read any comments he wrote on my essays. I paid $75 for a textbook I never had to use.

This is THE WORST class I have ever taken in my entire life from the WORST prof. He reads his powerpoints, so you don't need to go to class and the material isn't even applicable to the course discription. He also can't justify why he gives you B's. He doesn't follow his syllabus and we didn't get it until a month into the course. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!

droge is a nice guy who tries to make the class interesting. sometimes the lack of material gets in the way, and it starts off slow. gets more interesting as it goes on. don't bother buying the textbooks... it's all in the coursepack. not the greatest class but not the worst. doesn't give out a's, no c's.. just b's

Though his classes were kind of boring sometimes, Dr. Droge always made us look at both sides of an argument and sometimes I had to argue the opposite side of positions I really believed in. He made us think and whenever help was needed, he was always there with an open door. I definitely recommend him.

sometimes really interesting, sometimes really boring. do at least some of the reading and then the class will be much more interesting. you can get away with not reading much and still pull a B. the class is pretty dry, but its one of those you have to do to get more interesting comm classes.
