when he starts laughing then you come to know he cracked a joke. dont understand a single word he says. a very very good old man but not suitable for teaching any more. tests a relatively harder for a such a low level class and classes are hell boring. i'ld not recommend him.

He is rather hard of hearing but he talks fairly clearly. Teaching style is lecture, but he doesn't really care if students are paying attention or not.

This is by far the worst class I have ever taken. It is way to much work for a 100 level course that's terribly boring. No one in the class cares (since it's a university studies course) and he treats you like you're stupid if you answer wrong. Useless class unless you're one of the 10 CS majors at WSU. Tests are hard, assignments take forever.

Lundak is a nice old man. He tries to be funny, but isn't. He'll go on and on in class and you'll hate it, but you can just be on your computer doing whatever and he doesn't care. Tests are somewhat hard, everything else is fairly easy. Nice guy, didn't learn a whole lot from him though. Better than Shumacher.

Just stick with the book and you should be alright. Tests are online but in class and very difficult, however, he grades on a curve since everyone averages around a 60% or 70% on the tests. Assignments aren't too hard if you use the book. He has terrible sense of humor, but is in general, a nice guy. If you really want to learn CS, don't take him.

He is confusing to listen to. I'm confused after listening to him and he doesn't follow a schedule. Just talks about his texas hold'em program that he made. Boring as hell. No one listens to him, everyone is playing on there computers. Good thing the class only meets an hour a week.

He is really funny!! Take him if possible. He is very helpful when you don't understand things, just go in and talk to him or ask in class. Class is mandatory but it is worth it to go b/c he straight forward gives you answers to things. Tests are not bad if you study and pay attention when he reviews. Also use the online site.

Very boring, I dont think he knows what he is doing. He gets confused while teaching and gets lost. Does try to be funny but most people wont get his humor. Quizes are online and very hard if you dont study. Doens't explain how to do programs but keeps going anyway. I wouldn't take him agian.

This is a good class to fulfill U studies. Even if you dont know much about computers its relevant to you. The prof is a really nice guy, he'll joke around in class and answer any questions you have. I'd recommend him any day.

Lectures are boring, he just goes over what the book says. Quizes are really easy if you just go on the books website and take their practice quizes. He takes questions directly off them. He takes attendance so dont miss too many times. Hes a nice old guy, i would recommend him.

I thought the class would be much more intersesting than it actually was. It is pretty easy, but gets very boring. He has difficulty relaying his information. All test are online and the test are pretty easy for the most part.

Lundak is a GREAT professor. The class was somewhat challenging for me because I knew absolutely nothing about programming but any time I had a question, he was always there, willing to help. I would highly recommend him!

He gets lost in his thinking and can't keep a steady flow of information. I'm very knowledgable about computers but I had no idea where this class was going and I'm sorry I took it. He's easy if you are a math-algorithm type person--but otherwise... :-(
