I took ENC 1101 this past year in high school and I really enjoyed it. She really pushed us to do our best and made her expectations very clear. I really improved as a writer this year and it is thanks to Mrs. Bessey. She is a wonderful teacher and I would encourage anyone and everyone to take one of her classes.

I took Mrs. Bessey's Class while I was in high school, ever since then I have never made below an A in any English class. She really knows her stuff, and teaches it to you in a way which you will remember for future papers. She is AWESOME and I'd recommend her to anyone any day!!!

This is by far, the greatest professor i have ever had. The class was very much hands-on. YOU LEARN A LOT. +the teacher assists and makes learning a lot easier and better. She's a great and fantastic teacher. If I would take this class again, I would take it with this professor.

As an English educaiton major, I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I took it online, and Bessey was super leniant and seemed to bend over backwards to help me. The assignments take a lot of time and effort. I loved every second, but I wouldn't recommend this class to students who don't enjoy literature.

Took her online class. You have to read a lot and write. It's really not bad though. You do blog journal entries (250 words per question; sometimes shorter) and quizzes. It's easy work you just have to be motivated enough to do it. The material she assigns is always fun. I recommend her!!

Really great teacher. She may talk about random stuff majority of the time but when you need help with your research she's more than happy to assist you as much as possible. I wrote three papers for her class all of which I could have revised to get a better grade. I never revised mine because I didn't need to. She's really nice and funny.

Freeman is extremely helpful and is all around a really great professor! As long as you do your research papers, you will do fine in the class. You even get to re-do your papers if you don't do good the first time around. The exam was very easy and we got to use the book. Once again, great professor. I definitely recommend her to anyone!

I thought she was a really interesting teacher and always had something to talk about. She was SUPER easy if you just did you work...she let you re-do anything (even quizzes which were rare). Her assignments were easy, but she just seemed to ramble to waste time. All in all, I would take her again.

I took the web course which isnt too bad. You have to write 4 response papers (750 words). Theyre dumb, but not too hard. Lots of quizzes. If you actually read everything, it's alot of reading. She takes FOREVER to grade stuff. Its a pretty easy B, alot of work for an A.

I took this class 4 years ago (it doesn't seem like that long). Ms. Bessey, as I recall, was a bit unorganized. She also happened to be late a couple of times to class. However, all in all, I'd say she's a pretty good teacher. She's very forgetful, though. She agreed to right me a recommendation letter and said she'd e-mail it to me. Well...
