Dr. Cragan is a great guy. He generally cares about all of his students but do not expect him to remember your name. The context of this course if pretty dry but he tries his best to make it more appealing. The course consists of 2 tests, a paper and a group project. I took two classes with Dr. Cragan and I was so damn lucky to be with him. he is an easy A because he gives you 14 questions for the mid-term exam and also for the final and 10 of them will be in the test. highly recommend him. he is the best professor ever at UST

I believe he's retiring soon so you might miss out but if not, he's a must take at UST. Great guy, very humble, tells stories. Midterm, final, presentation, and a paper are your grade. He even gives you the questions for the tests ahead of time. I will say that actually attending his class is pointless as he gives you handouts of the presentations.

He is the sweetest and most caring professor I've ever had. He loves to tell stories about his life and has a unique way of engaging the class. You'll have a midterm and a final (which he gives you the study sheet with exact questions on) and 2 easy presentations. Take ANY of his classes if you can!

Dr. Cragan is a great professor! 2 tests, 1 paper, and 1 group project. He gives you the question to the test two weeks before the test. He wants you to know the most important material, and doesn't try to trick you. Textbook is useful to fully understand concept, but not necessary to read up on every theory. wish he was my grandpa!!

Cragan is the most caring man and professor out there. He is also extremely funny. Class consists of learning the material through his life stories ad jokes, which surprisingly is helpful in understanding the material. I look forward to this class every day. The down side is your only grades are for 2 tests, 1 paper, and 1 project.

BEST professor I've had at St. Thomas so far!! Very interesting and entertaining.. goes off on tangents every once in a while but it's not that big of a deal. Such a nice guy and has a genuine interest in students so he'll probably end up chatting your ear off but he's a great time!

Amazing guy. Incredibly nice. Likes to joke. The material is difficult but he gives you everything you need to know because after all, you are paying $40,000 a year to go to this school! He is not there to ruin your day or make your life harder! Good guy! take his course!
