Comment:
A decent, albeit boring professor. One of the easier economic professors at Bentley, his class is lecture-heavy and very very boring. Three large tests that are not too difficult if you go to class most of the time and study a bit.

Moore is the GOAT, extremely easy. There are just three exams in the entire semester, that is literally the only thing he gives. Half the exam is take home. Do not buy the book, he said it was essential but I literally never opened it. The lectures are extremely boring but he is a great guy and kind of funny. I highly recommend him.

Boring to sit in classs and just listen, but a good guy and hes actually pretty funny. Buy an old version of the book and study for tests using that. Pay attention to follow his notes its an easy A.

Took this guy twice. All you have to do is show up for class. He may be boring as hell at times, but if you show up ready to take notes and pay attention, you will get an easy 3.7+. The whole grade is 3 tests, and half the tests are take home. He gives more info on the tests and tells you specifics that will be on it if attendance is low that day

Very straightforward. All the test material is based on the powerpoint lectures, so if you miss class (He doesn't grade attendance) his powerpoints are a very good guide for the test.

Absolutely love this professor! He is straight and to the point, doesnt go on tangents. Although attendance is not mandatory, if you go to class and take notes you will do well. I am in no way a genius in economics, he really teaches well. Definitely recommend, taking again for EC112!!

It was a quite basic class and the professor was ok. Not too thrilling, easy to pass.

Nice guy. Doesn't really care about anything though. I'm a high GPA student and got a 3.7 pretty easily, but it is hard to get a 4.0 compared to how easy a 3.7 is. Don't have to go to class at all besides the ones where he explained the take home questions. Just study by his online powerpoints and reading book

Comment:
Solid Economics Professor. He clearly knows a great bit about economics and gives his comedic spin on the U.S. Economy at times. Class is very test oriented as 3 determine your grade, but if you follow the book closely or take good notes in class then you'll be fine. Exam questions are similar to practice questions. 50% of each exam is take-home.

Comment:
Great professor, knows so much stuff about the economy, has his own take on the government fiscal policy. Has a monotone, that bores some of the students. No homework, attendance is not mandatory, grade depends solely on three tests, that pisses a lot of people off.

Great teacher. Knows his stuff. Doesn't take attendance, but you do a lot better if you attend class. Has review session before each exam, and splits exam between a takehome, and a short in class exam. Great teacher.

He loves what he teaches, and overall is a good teacher. Exams are part take home part in class and you will do fine as long as you dont read into the questions too much. Not an easy 4.0 but not that hard of a class either.

I don't recommend this instructor. For starters he's pretty boring. He likes to insert his political opinions into every class and occassionally comes to class unprepared. He doesn't grade all that hard but you are better off doing your own work in the textbook than sitting through his lectures.

I never write comments on this website, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have to suffer with this class like I am. He is a TERRIBLE teacher and the tests are absolutely impossible no matter how much you study. STAY AWAY

first off don't buy the book if it says that one is required, cause you dont use it at all. secondly, theres really no need to go to class as he just read off of powerpoints that he puts online. thirdly, attend the review classes that happen before the exam and make him do the take home examples cause the take homes are confusing and difficult

Worst Professor ever. He needs to get a personality and learn how to teach. I can't believe I took him. My lowest grade at Bentley was a 3.7, and he gave me a 2.3 and screwed my GPA. Save yourself and DO NOT TAKE HIM EVER. mayb if no one signs up, Bentley will fire him like they should have a while ago!

I had Moore for 111 and 112. He is by far the best professor I have ever had at Bentley. Doesn't require attendence, and helps SO much at his office hours. He is also a really nice guy. You need to study alot before the test, but you will learn alot, and Moore is the man. Don't listen to these other reviews, I would DEFINITELY take Moore again
