Take him during the summer. He changed the lecture class to a distance learning class. Not bad, but he isn't very available. Doesn't get grades back to you on time, but the class is pretty easy. Never used the book during the summer. Tests on EXACTLY what he asks on his study guides! He seemed polite to me :-).

Worst teacher ever. Lied to class, impossible to get help from, says one thing and does another. Avoid at all costs. Plays favorites and treats certain students very poorly. I would rather take a bullet to the head than another class with Stamey.

OMG! Dont take him! i have his distance learning class, he doesnt help at all! He is never there?? Help sessions go if you can, but it doesnt help really b/c he isnt there! Really nice guy, suck up, but it might help might not, never know? Take someone else if possible!

I took his distance learning class.. DONT! very hard to understand if you dont know much about computers.. even if you do.. He invented the class.. great guy! very busy! he has help sessions, if you take distance learning.. GO TO HELP SESSIONS!! you never know your grades? he just says your fine.

He is very hard to follow. He gives a ton of assignments that do not complement the lecture part of the class. He does not follow the lecture. He copies other teacher's code and passes it off as his own. I would take him for a web development class but no other.
