Extremely well prepared for class lectures, provides interesting source material and assesses subject matter in a way that is refreshing and unbiased. He also has a good dry sense of humor. Very much influenced the way I thought about 19th century music. Can be a bit dry, but knows his stuff and is very willing to help.

Extremely sweet professor! May be repetitive, but he is very nice guy. the course doesn't allow him to get into a lot of materials, so reasonable!
