Mr. Turner is the best teacher I've come across in my 5 years attending Fullerton. I took him for 2 semesters (100/103). He keeps you interested and truly cares about your learning experience. You have several chances to redo papers and improve grade throughout semester. If you do not take him, you will definitely regret it. He is truly AWESOME!

He allows multiple attempts on essays! I don't know about you, but this is the first prof I know of that will do this. That alone should make you seriously consider taking him. His classes are anything but boring. He does give tests along the way on terms and contents from the book. The final is an extended version of that.GO 2 ALL CLASSES & YOR OK

Seriously take this class! You won't regret it. Mr. Turner is super helpful and is willing to work with you. You can re-write papers up until almost the end of the semester so you can better your skills, and your grade. It's as easy as you make it, you must be willing and stay focused. He's very funny and relates very well to younger/Older crowds

took him during fall05. off the bat imma tell u im a lazy guy... and i found this class easy. theres 3 process papers, 4 inclass paper and takes best of 2, and one final paper. process papers can be rewrit any many time as you want. great teach and recommanded.

This ENGL 100 class was the best I've taken at FC. Turner is clear and moves the class well. He started the class with jokes and funny stories- he really made the class great to take. We split up in groups- choose your group well, as they will be helping you on your papers. Very clear, helpful and well-taught. Perfect for future teachers too.

This is a great class!! Take it early in your college career because it will help you all the way through. Turner cares about his students and gives you plenty of chances. You have till late in the semester to redo any paper(s) you feel you can do better on. So if you fail the class it's only your fault...I highly recommend this class. A++++++

Pretty easy, though I got a C. There are 4 eassays, each is harder than the last, but he really teaches you how to handle them. There is some homework which requires the book, and you will need to know the stories to write your test essays, which there are 4 of. Just don't ditch and you'll do fine.
