LAZY, likes rules not teaching: did basically nothing but transfer grades from online teaching program(costs $: but no text to buy) where all learning happens,withheld assignment availability so couldn't get ahead to accommodate my job schedule,she refused stating "fairness",NEVER had prof do this, refused to be avail via email weekend final due

Comment:

Professor Smedley is one of the best professors in the computer science department. She is very willing to help students whether it's through email or in person. She's super sweet and you can tell she wants students to succeed and to improve. Her class is very organized, and the directions are very clear. Definitely take her! You won't regret it.

i loved taking Mrs Smedley's class. She is very understanding and willing to help. She is fair and I recommend taking her for any class she teaches that you need for your major. I would gladly take one of her classes again

Smedley is probably one of the most calmest professors i have ever taken. i've taken her twice for a bustech class & really she grades you based on the scores you get for the work you submitted online through a program you must buy. easiest A ever.

This class was not listed as an online class, but in reality it was.This class was demoralizing to the students. The textbook with the SAM disk was the most expensive in the program $140.I bought the book used and the SAM CODE for $94. ALL the test online and the time consumption is HIGH!Take the class with another instructor.Class attendance poor!

I took her class online in Fall 2008. She was very helpful and always responded to students' questions. She offered lots of extra credit opportunities, so it was up to the students to make the grade. The homework assignments were very helpful. Final project was a report paper. I like her teaching style. She is a very nice professor.

I took her online class for Business Communications in Spring of 2008. I just did the weekly assignments and researched for the project early on and I got an A. If you want to take this online, be prepared to do a lot of book work. The tests are pretty easy and the material is very useful. The report due at the end of the semester was challenging a
