Here is the thing about Dr. Ferguson, she is very knowledgable but tends to lose focus in lecture and talks in a monotone voice. However if you approach her during office hours she is very helpful. If you want a good grade you need to do all the assigned readings and participate in lecture because that is where she gets her questions from.

Linda was an incredibly qualified professor and had a great sense of humor. However, 3 hour lectures were painful listening to her monotone, quiet voice. It was nearly impossible to decipher what information was important to take down for notes as the powerpoint slides were limited and she talked a lot. Tricky subject matter and hard marker!

Midterm and finals questions strange and unpredictable. When asked about why a certain answer for her midterm questions blanket response 'because the literature says so'
