Manoharial "You see that?" Sukhwani is one of the best professors in the CBA. His lectures can be very dry, but helpful. His accent takes a couple days to get used to but no big deal. His strength is that he explains concepts in depth and shows you exactly what is going on with the math. Go to class, pay attention, and do the practice problems.

I have had him 2x now. He knows his stuff and wants everyone to learn the material as well. His class is exactly how a class should be: he tells you what problems to know, he lets you bring in a cheat sheet, he uses altered examples from the book, but he makes it very, very challenging. If you know your stuff you will be fine. If not, your screwed

Lectures were very boring, but made concepts clear. Two tests for each half of the class with a formula sheet. Tests were comprehensive, but not impossible. Just do the problems he assigns for each chapter and you should do well.

Corporate Finance -- What a great professor! One of the best I've had in CBA, and a really nice man. Extremely clear on even the toughest topics, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Do the problems in the back of the book and brush over the chapters and you will be fine in this class. GREAT professor!

The best teacher in CBA by far! I had him for investments and futures and options. Futures and options was the hardest class i have taken but def worth it. Hard tests, but a great class and i would def take him for any class he taught. Very knowledgable and helful!

I have had him for Intro to finance and investment management and am taking him for corporate next semester. lecture is boring, but so is the subject matter. he is very knowledgeable and helpful though. tests are easy. i relied more on the book than i did on lecture. do problems from book to prepare for class!!

I had him last semester for advanced corporate and took him this semseter for futures and options. He is very kind and will go out of his way to help students. His class lectures are always clear and make hard concepts seem easy, however the test are very hard and you must attend class to get a good grade on the test. He is a very fair grader.

Was a good teacher overall. Did his best to explain context without just reading slides. Made class interesting. Tests were not hard if you just skimmed through the chapter and KNEW HOW TO DO QUESTIONS FROM THE BACK OF THE BOOK!
