TLee seems kinda intimidating but she isn't once you get used to her class. She's really sweet and understanding and is the perfect mix of a little kid and an adult with her teaching style. She's funny and does her best to work with you when you need accommodations for triggers (we had to see a play). I would definitely take her again.

T. Lee is a very difficult professor to follow. She tends to be all over the place and not stay on track with her lessons. We spent forever on the Alexander Technique and I cannot state a single thing I actually learned in her class.

If you don't buy the textbook she wrote, your grade comes down significantly. Her lessons didn't really stick, and it's hard to remember. She's educated in what she does, but she makes you feel stupid if you didn't understand.

I had her for Voice and Movement (Movement section) and now for Acting 1. For Movement, she was very scrambled and we spent a lot of time learning anatomy. I often found myself falling asleep in the class as she would never let us out early and her lectures would go on forever. For Acting 1 she gives a lot of homework and is not an easy grader.

She was enthusiastic some days and others I was afraid to even speak to her. Her attitude towards students who made small mistakes was honestly intimidating and I felt somewhat scared to mess up or say the wrong thing. Some of the lessons were repetitive and boring. Overall, she is a smart woman and knows what she is talking about.

Shes awful. Theres no beating around the bush. If it werent for the Ed requirement of AYPT I wouldve dropped that class faster than you can say I hate TLEE. When the first memory of her is her saying you will never get cast in a play its time to STOP

She assigns a lot of homework, especially at the beginning of the semester. I got really close with everyone in my class because she had us work together a lot to achieve that closeness, so that was really nice. She's very passionate about what she does. I would take the class again.

I had her for Movement and for AYPT. Let me just say when I had her for movement it was okay. She was a little disorganized and late for class, but overall it wasn't a bad class. However you will suffer if you take AYPT with her. She is VERY condescending and openly picks on people and plays it off as a joke. Our whole class dreaded time with her.

I love Tlee but her class is almost pointless. I learned nothing, but almost switched majors. The ridiculous amount of nonsense that occurs in that class astounds me, and I can't believe she is still teaching Acting. All the work is pointless. But if you suffer through acting I, the classes get better.

I still have nightmares about her acting class. It was the worse class I've ever taken. Her ridiculous attitude was so outrageous that it made me sick to my stomach with dread everyday before class. She's more than a bad teacher. Some people can be good people who suck at teaching, she's not one of those.

She is a terrible professor. Probably the worst I have had in my 5 years as an undergraduate.I am a double major. What she taught was useless, her grading is outrageous. It took 6 weeks for her to return one assignment. She is rude and short tempered, and incredibly sarcastic. One thing she is good at is making you feel inferior or stupid. She's AWFUL.

Worst professor of my undergraduate, theatre experience. She is condescending, arrogant, and assumes what you are going to say to her without listening to what you are actually saying. Her head is not hear on earth.I learned nothing.

Comment:
I took two classes with Teresa, Acting 1 and Movement for the stage. Movement was fun, and she was OK as a professor for that class. However, as an acting professor she's not worth the time. She's consistently late to class, and always has an excuse for her poor performance as a professor. She blames others, and she picks favorites.

Mrs. Lee had good intentions, but was a terrible teacher. The class was useless and no one learned anything. If anything was learned it was through personal experience because there was little to no educational instruction from the teacher.

I highly recommend this professor. Teresa is a quirky and interesting woman, and if you indulge in her class, you'll get a lot out of it. She clearly is very experienced in her department of knowledge and is always looking to help. You will enjoy every minute of her class.. if you commit to it! Shes great and class if alwaaays full of surprises!

I took TLee for a movement class and it turned into all about her class. I didn't learn anything useful except how to suck up to her. If you aren't one of her pets or a theatre major try to find someone else to teach the class. She's soft spoken and silly, but not worth the headache.

I thought Teresa was very sweet and kind. She is a bit confusing sometimes, and doesn't always think before speaking. She is very helpful outside of class. At one time I was down with my back and she helped me with excercises to fix my problem.

Teresa teaches with a strong passion and unremarkable knowledge of her subject area - which is a gift to all her students. I feel fortunate to have been taught by someone who has the talent she does.
