Comment:

Not an easy professor at all, strict Russian style. She will give a lot of homework. On the other hand, you can pass it even if you don't do so well, just how your work, and don't cheat, she's gonna be supportive and give you a good grade. If you like Math just take her, but if you are lazy and hate Math, you should avoid her.

Please don't take class with her. She disappears before the Final Exam and then after she summits your final grade you have no idea why she grades so low because she doesn't bother to respond to her emails.

Alla Morgulis is the absolute worst math professor. She has been getting terrible ratings since 2013, and nothing has changed. My entire class feels the same way as me. She talks way too fast, is very negative, does not care for her students, and does not know how to teach at all. You can see my review and ignore it, but youll regret it later.

horrible professor! I have taken many online classes and the way her class was formatted was terrible. She makes you answer questions and then email her a written copy. And the work load of the class is just way to much especially that I have work and other classes. I understand its a summer class but she is not realistic at all.

Worst professor ever! Have to retake math cause of her. She does not guide you through the work, she expects you to take pictures and send it to her and above all she gives you 3 chapters and 50 questions based on those chapters and they are due at the end of the week. If you actually want to exceed and do good. Stay away from her!!!

took her stat online class, not easy, a lot of work, but you will know this stuff and get a good grade if you do the minimum she requires. she was available for skype meetings with students individually, really cares if you understand the material, went over all my midterm mistakes, I got A- in her class. would recommend

Far and away the WORST professor ever. For an online class over the summer and crammed into 4 weeks, timing is everything. She "lost" emails was an inflexible grader, and her comments were about as unhelpful as could be, while maintaining this fake facade that she was there for support. Total disgrace to the teaching profession. Steer clear of her

she has a clear grading ! yes for online class she does give a lot HW but It is online class so its expected ... as long HW complete on time you get full credit . The thing that matters most is midterm and final hoenstly ! She also make herself available Just email her she will email back or if you need to skype her She WiLL just to help you.

I had Prof Morgulis for my online summer class and I this class was more work than I expected. Although she gives alot of homework and a quiz after every chapter she doesn't count it heavily towards your grade as long as you complete and submit it on time. The thing that mostly determines your grade in the class is the midterm and final.

Great professor! A bit strict but really wants her students to do well. She always was available during office hours and before class. She gives tons of homework but it is really beneficial especially if you are not really good in math. I took this course 2x prior and failed but as soon as I took this course with her I passed!!

Whenever you type in the answers for your homework, be aware that you will not get full credit if you type in your own as it does not count as the right answer. To get full credit for the answer, you have to type what she answer exactly which is unfair. As this is a writing intensive course, she does not grade them as I am still curious on my grade

She's very hard on students, gives tons of homework and says it's due the next day. Always give pop quizzes and goes very fast with teaching. If you don't understand and you ask for help she would get upset and gives advice "you shouldn't be in this class if you don't know this"

The worst professor I ever had for any math class. All she does is go over hw over 90% of the time of the class and the rest is about 10-20 minutes on a subject thats it. She also misses way too many classes which makes it even harder to understand math. DO NOT take her classes

She's good with clarifying a problem on homework. as long as everyone wants to go over it. She doesn't always check to see if the homework is done right. She missed at least 8 class during the semester. She doesn't like to review the material or explain herself more than once after the topic is finished. She gives at least 60- 80 problems a night.

worst math teacher i have ever had. I really love math and the challenge and she made me hate it! since she didn't go to school in the US, her methods of teaching are completely different and even harder than some simpler ways i've been shown in hs. She is rude and makes it clear if she dislikes you. She does not care about her students at all!
