you will never forget her class. her lectures, or her spiels, are always entertaining and informative. she is radical liberal but you will learn to love it. strict on grammar and formatting. the reading assigned as well as the films watched are the main sources of the papers. you will take so much from her class!

Be prepared to do tons of reading, but it's worth it. This is the kind of profesor who will change your world. The reading we get to do is a gift, not a burden. her energy is constant and amazing. you can really learn a lot from this professor. Taking her class makes you forget about grades, b/c you are actually learning. She's interesting, passionate and it certainly doesnt hurt that she's hot.

Flores is a teacher that everyone should take while we have the opportunity to, whether you're an Eng major or not. The reading is insane, i think we did 12 books in 16 weeks, but the books she assigns are books you will use for the rest of your life. She is a life-changing person, and will expose you to things that have been kept hidden from us.

Although she did make the class bust their asses reading a million books, she was very motivated and knowledgeble regarding the texts. You have to read the books and pass quizzes and show up otherwise she will fail you and make the class suffer. Don't take her if you want that easy A or if your not into spending your life reading.

Professor Flores is absolutely amazing. She's a really cool person and she knows her stuff. Her class is VERY easy, just don't BS on her assignments. Participate! Have an opinion. She likes interaction with her students. And GO TO CLASS (she'll find you in the CAFE, seriously!)If she doesn't know who you are, your work better speak for you!

She is very passionate about her work, it is so inspiring! She is NOT an easy professor in terms of workload, but definitely worth the effort. She's absolutely non-traditional, and many students probably don't like her personal views, but you can learn so much from her if you give her a chance and open your mind. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER!!!
