BJ is a fantastic instructor. She is really easy to get along with, but she does expect you to work for your grade. Maybe, if people actually listen to her in class instead of playing on Facebook, more students will understand what is required of them. Reading the syllabus is required and very helpful in completing this course with a good grade.

Worst professor I have ever had. The most confusing and hypocritical professor ever. she forgets that we have other classes to worry about and just packs everything onto you, and you better understand it the first time she says something because if you go in for help, you will not get it. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO NOT TAKE HER!!!

BJ is one of the best professors in the Media Studies department. She really knows the material and she teaches it well.She cares about the students and she is eager to help if you ask.You do have to work for your grade and most of her assignments do take a lot of time-but not that hard to do.It was a fun class & we went on a field trip to Chicago.

Professor is contradictory and gives little guidance throughout the course. Grades are harsh and hypocritical to what she tells you in class and to your face. If you take a class with her, document everything she says to you and make sure her signature is on what you document for future battles you may encounter.

Doesn't allow you 2 make-up a class even if you have a signed excuse saying u were in the hospital or at a funeral. Beware your grade can easily drop from an A to a D for missin a couple classes. She is a witch! The class is easy, but she is a horrible person without a heart! take a dif prof in case sumthin tragic happens in ur life u'd b screwed!!

HORRIBLE TEACHER! RUN AWAY! The class will give you headaches! She talks about her life all the time and it's boring! Also, she is very unclear in what she excepts. This class is a waste of time and money! Also, she wrote the book you use, so good luck with that as well. Very hard to work with as well. She's not willing to work with her student's.

She is the worse of the two evils that teach this course. You are better off risking it with Mary Rose. She is unclear, very bias, takes away too many points for things you don't even understand, and sweats through the whole class. She is gross, and I too got sick of listening to her failure in life. Don't miss a day or you will fail. RUN!!!
