B is a very nice professor that truly wants to see you succeed and will always remind you to not stress. She never gives you homework besides case studies which are fairly simple. She does however have four exams that are not easy. Make sure to take notes and pay attention. She does take a while to get back to you and takes a long time to grade.

Comment:

I graduated from BGSU 4 years ago. I took Barb's Ed Psych course 6 years ago. Yet I still talk about her class today. I took her class at a very rough time in my life, but her inspiration and enthusiasm really lifted me up. She truly has passion for the content she teaches. I'm not sure if she's still teaching, but I hope she is.

She seems nice, however, she is a terrible teacher. She has not taught ONCE all year. She abuses group work to make students teach the class. Every single meeting a group presents to the class. She does an awful job of letting students know when there is an upcoming assignment and an even worse job of grading. I wouldn't take her if I could help it

Barb is an awesome professor. The class itself is really easy & you don't need a textbook. She teaches everything herself, in her own words. She is really inspiring and passionate about students. I would take her class again in a heartbeat- and it's an easy A. However, if you don't show up she will hunt you down.

I love B! She is a self proclaimed hippie who hates text books so you'll never have to buy one. Watch out though, she isn't the kinda of teacher who reminds you when things are due so you have to be careful not to miss assignments. Otherwise, I totally enjoyed her class, one day we literally played board games the whole time...

She's a bit wild and crazy, but definitely a great teacher. You need to study for the test but they aren't terrible. Will need to buy the case study and other book, but one of them is less than a dollar so not too bad.

She is hands down one of the best professors at Bowling Green. She is undoubtedly quirky, which makes her class that much more enjoyable. She is an incredible teacher and an incredible person. She is so inspirational. This class wouldn't have been as impactful without her instruction. I would 100% recommend her as a professor.

She is a good teacher. Sometimes she can be wild and out of this world, but she still gets the content through, and you get a good story. Definitely knows that she is talking about, and she is really a wonderful person.

Barb was great! She was definitely one of my favorite professors I have ever had. She made class fun and used everyday examples for each theory so that you could understand the theories more easily. I ended up with a 89.3% in the class. She added 2 points to everyone's grades and I just missed an A by .2% :( but she was still great!

She's 1 million times the teacher I will ever be. Absolutely amazing. Most people do not like night classes, but her class at night is the best. If you have the chance to take her class at night, do not let that chance slip away.

She's my favorite professor I've had in college so far. She not only teaches well, but also goes out of her way to help her students, and does fun activities in class. To people who still need to take Ed Psyc, take it with her. You will not regret that decision.

Barb is one of the best professors I've ever had. She even has her own text she provides for the course (I don't know why she hasn't published it yet!). She knows her feild like the back of her hand, and is always so fun in class, you actually want to attend, even if it's at 8:30 in the morning!

Comment:

One of the best teacher I have ever had. She genuinely cares about every one of her students, and has a passion for teaching and helping her students. The class is easy because she makes the material very understandable, and you don't need to buy a textbook - you will not use it.
