You get what you put in. Study and put in the time and you will do ok. Zoology isn't an easy class in itself but she makes it fun and interesting. Makes corny jokes alot to keep you engaged. You must make your own study guides from her power points for lecture. Lab tests are HARD! Tests are mostly M.C.

You'll just have to work for the grade you want! Long lectures & she jokes around alot(corny most of the time). VERY energetic. Very good at helping students to understand clearly. BIO was tough for me throughout the semester. However, reading the book & slides as well as my own notes, asking questions & studying HARD. I passed!

I loved Dr. Sherry! She made lectures interesting by cracking jokes often. She was very helpful if you were confused on something. Her tests weren't that bad, but you do have to study!

Dr. Sherry is an amazing professor. She doesn't really use the book, she teaches from PowerPoints. She was very nice, helpful, and easy to understand. She is one of my favorite professors from Middle Georgia State. All you have to do to pass is study the PowerPoints and read the textbook. Her lab is even easier than her lecture.

Dr. Sherry is a nice person, however, not very knowledgeable on the molecular biology info. She doesn't write her own tests, therefore they are difficult to prepare for. She gets WAYYYY off topic during every class session. Also, she doesn't really care what you make in her class so don't expect a curve or any extra credit.

Dr. Sherry is a funny and sweet soul! I had her as one of my teachers in Biology Research Methods (and Christine Rigsby - nice lady as well). She is clear and upfront with her students. She makes every possible effort to meet our needs. Is very enthusiastic about her classes! I could have done way better though. Great teacher, I'd highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVED her class! Im not a huge fan of biology but she made it fun and interesting. She has a great sense of humor and is passionate about science. If you pay attention and study for tests/quizzes you will pass with flying colors. I highly recommend her class and her lab to anyone. I wish she taught the second course also!

Dr. Sherry is awesome. She brings a lot of biology passion into the classroom. She's goofy and fun. Her lectures are interesting but I found that the bulk of the test came from the book. She goes out of her way to get to know and engage students and is always available for help. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sherry loves Biology and it rubs off onto her students. She lectures with Power Point, gives outside reading quizzes that if you do them will raise your letter grade. Her test come mainly from her lectures and some from the book. Lab is great. She gears this basic Bio class for the non Bio student and you will get it. I highly recommend her.

Very fair in her grading. Test are really hard, all information comes from her powerpoints and lectures. Reading the book helps. Do well in her lab and it will balance out how do do on the tests (I failed made a D on the first test and still pulled an A, but I made A's on the next two tests). Memorized, as well as put it practically into life

She's tough, but I've never met a Bio Prof who wasn't. She's funny tho, and no need to buy the book. Her tests are word-ed weird, but it's all straight off the PPT.
