Hes hilarious but his tests can be very difficult. If you study a lot, youll get an A. If you just read the material without taking notes and studying them, youll probably get a C

He makes the class interesting with funny stories and analogies! One of my favorite professors at RU, but his classes are very difficult - hell make you work for the A!

It's been about 5 years since I've taken a class with Dr. Gregory, but the memory of him makes me ill enough to post a review. A majority of every class was used to push his Liberal agenda. He threatened to sue any students who posted any videos of him online on day 1, if that gives you any idea about his character. Don't waste your time with him.

I liked Dr. Gregory at first. He seemed genuine, but as time went on (I've had him for 6-8 classes) I realized that if you did not believe what he believed you would not pass. You do all the work and you do badly on the midterm (usually because it is not clear) you will fail. With projects that he assigns, he is not clear in what he wants.

Dr. Gregory is the best professor I've had in my 2 years at Reinhardt. His lectures are engaging and he uses real life applications to relate his lessons to his students. His tests are easy if you pay attention and do minimal studying. Make sure to participate whenever possible.

This course was Program Evaluations. I encourage you to avoid this class at ALL cost. The assignments given were not clear. You do the work he assigns and whatever you turn isn't never good enough. He assigned a final on the last day of class that wasn't stated in the syllabi. He is very sarcastic and rude. He will make you feel stupid and not care

Dr. Gregory was definitely a tough professor when I took his soc intro class last semester, but definitely was worth it. I have been able to apply so much of what I learned in his class to all, and I mean all, of the classes I have taken since then. One of the best teachers I have ever had in my life.

Dr. Gregory is one of my favorite professors I've had at Reinhardt. This class was incredibly tough but it paid off in the long run. He knows his stuff. He's a walking sociology textbook. It's amazing how he's constantly analyzing things in everyday life. I really look up to him.

Dr. Gregory loves his job and is very energetic about it! He is funny and can relate to the students. He actually cares for his students to do good in class if you do. You need help or someone to talk to he is there. MUST read the text to pass his exams for that is where all his questions comes from also talk in class. I learn a lot from him!!

Great professor! He obviously expects you to read and do your part (as you should do) but does not care for a student who doesn't. Gregoryism was the best religion I've ever studied. If you're willing to put forth effort in learning, he's willing to help and teach you every step of the way. Don't expect an "easy" credit course.

Dr Gregory is a great prof. I am currently taking him for intro to sociology. Yes, he is very liberal, but i wouldn't say that he pushes his agenda. He is both helpful and friendly. He also makes the material very interesting. I went into this class a Bio major looking to fulfill gen ed requirements and will leave with a real interest in sociology.

Comment:

The class can be interesting and he can be VERY funny, but he is as Liberal as a professor can get, and he does not hesitate to push his views. Besides that, he is a good professor and he is pretty easy. Make sure you read the text book before the tests. He gets ALL his questions from the material. Also, go to class, he is strict on attendence.
