Wow! What more can I say about this professor. My first semester was all online and she was my favorite professor this semester. She truly cares for her students and is always willing to answer questions. She gives probably the best feedback on any essay I have ever gotten. She really does know her stuff. Definitely take her class

Prof Congalton is literally so sweet. Her lectures can get kind of repetitive or confusing (at least for Comm Theory because it's more abstract) but you can tell she truly cares about her students and wants to make class as interesting as possible. Very easy to talk to and workload isn't crazy but she is a hard critic when it comes to essays!

I love this professor. She is always available to answer any questions and wants nothing more than to see her students succeed. She does her best to make everyone feel comfortable, confident, and prepared for each speech. You are graded on 4 speeches and 2 exams throughout the semester, and she provides good study guides/outlines.

I loved having Jeanine as my professor. She truly cares about her students succeeding, from conversing with them during the first five minutes of class to extending deadlines and allowing rewrites on every assignment. Her optimism was contagious and her jokes helped the class pay attention during a few dry lectures. Its an easy A if you take notes.

She is really sweet and gives good feedback. She is very understanding and will offer extensions if you are too busy and stressed. The class consists of two midterm and a final. There is an essay and a group project but she allows you to do a essay if you dont want to work with people. Definitely would recommend this class.

She's amazing. Makes class lectures interesting & funny unintentionally. She has respect for Millennials (which is rare) & really just wants her students to do great in life. Class consists of 2 exams and 2 essays. To get the info for exams all you have to do is fill out the study guide she provides. Essay's are not hard at all & extends due dates

Amazing prof. Went out of her way to make sure students felt on top of things & were learning. Older humor, but still funny. Absolutely loves her students & makes sure we're able to succeed. Does everything in her power to make sure we have resources at every turn & is just great.

She gives you an 11 page syllabus on the first day to scare you. But don't worry, you won't regret taking her. She is pretty easy and is ready to help you when you need it. There are two exams from the textbook/lectures and around 6 speeches that she grades fair and easy. One essay. Take her take her take her. She's cool and gives you stuff. :)

This professor is awesome! Public speaking is not easy, so I appreciated how comfortable she made it for students to share their speeches! She also has a genuine interest in getting to know her students and helping them grow. She is willing to work with you outside of class, even on weekends if necessary. Thanks for everything professor!!

Jeanine was amazing. She really does care about the students. She understands we have a lot on our plate and will work with us to make sure we excel and do well. Her feedback is extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond by making herself accessible--even after her regular office hours (weekends available as well)! Make sure to reach out to her.

Prof Congalton is great! She really cares about her students. I really enjoyed the class. It was an easy A bc she lets you re-do most things to get the grade you want even though the assignments were already super easy. Do the study guides and the tests are very simple. I used the textbook for the study guides only. Straight-forward, great class.

Jeanine is one of the best profs at CSUF. There are few instructors (or human beings) who care as much as she does. She'll bend over backwards to be sure you get out of the class exactly what you wish to (e.g., flexible office hours, useful feedback, paper re-write opportunities, helpful study guides), and she'll be your friend along the way!

Great professor, caring, clear, she's there when ever you need her. Tests are fairly well, just read the sections of the text , know the vocabulary and key terms given in the lectures and participate in the debates and you'll be good.
