Professor Elson is a great teacher. His class is very simple. If you show up and take good notes youll easily pass this class. No homework, just test, and he drops the lowest test score. He's kepps his environment open and professional, but has fun at the same time. He's a joker so his lectures are pretty funny, and interesting. Great teacher!!!

This guy was hilarious 90% of the time. But he is also really respectful and caring. Also a really easy teacher, take good notes and you will have no problem.

Most flexible teacher I've met. Really nice guy. He'll tell you himself that attendance is not required, and there is NO homework. 5 exams (multiple choice, 40 questions) and he drops your lowest score. He's very enthusiastic about his job. You really only need to use the book if you don't attend class regularly, but it makes the class much easier.

This guy is so funny. Easy class for me but people around me seem to have much lower grades on the tests. Drops one test so if you do well on the first 4 you can skip the last one. He spends a lot of time on random subjects during lecture but is very funny and crazy so its all good. Still well prepared for the tests. Use Textbook all the time.

Dr. elson he is the best prof. I've ever had knows his stuff really good !! he would over the material really well on each chapter . i never had psychology class before i love it just because the way he teaches it. i want to take him again !! i recommend that you take him better then and psychology professor.

Dr. Elson is a very cool guy as well as an amazing teacher. His class was the highlight of my semester and I would recommend him to everyone. His notes mirror the tests, so as long as you show up and study your notes you will get an A. He gives 5 test but only 4 are required so you may finish early as I did. No homework or group work either!

Need to show up for every class if you want to get an A. His lectures are the test. There are only 5 tests throughout the semester, NO homework, NO quizzes, just tests. He drops the lowest test score also. He uses profanity a little too much, but his stories are interesting. If you don't show up he does not care. Be there for tests or you get a 0.

Hilarious. Lectures are long, but with him he'll always tell a joke or two and relate with good examples to help you succeed. Always asks if anyone has any questions, or if someone needs something repeated. Nicest professor I've yet to meet. Not required to show up, but you'll get a 100 for sure if you do.

He was very informative and the tests were based on the lecture. It was very easy to pass if you study the notes. His lectures were kind of long and he gets side tracked, but the information was always there. I recommend this teacher.

Definitely the best professor I've had! His class is rather easy because he puts every single test detail into his lectures. He makes clear connections and he always asks if there's any questions to clarify. He makes all of these little corny jokes that have put me into tears... Love him. Definitely would recommend him to anyone! (P.S. Show up!)

Easy Teacher, always willing to slow down and help. No homework ever. Attendance is not mandatory but he puts the whole test into his lectures. 5 total tests and he drops your lowest one. He is laid back and impossible not to get along with. The class can get very boring though.

Elson is the best teacher. Interesting and funny. Tests are multiple choice and easy. You will score good on the test if you write down notes that he says. He will tell you what is on the test and what isn't. Total of 4 tests, 5th is optional.

Dr. Elson is very cool, but be careful with your exams! Missing just one question can have an impact on your final grade and cause you to play catch up all semester long. I got an A in all my classes this semester except this one because I thought I could breeze through. finished up with a B+ because I underestimated the course.

Best teacher i've had at macomb. While attendance is not required it really helps because he doesn't use all the material in the chapters and discusses the entire test in the lectures.
