Great professor, clear and easy work, as long as you do the work. NO TEXTBOOK REQUIRED! He photocopies and hands out everything you need. Movies and discussions. Great class for a night course. Only thing is he keeps you for the entire 3hrs.

I really enjoyed this class! Prof. Lannig really tried to open the class up for discussions and I think everyone seemed comfortable. He gave each person's opinion respect and time to be heard. And what a nice guy! Maybe that shouldn't matter but he really is. Not a very tough class, but be prepared to really think about what you believe (and why).

jack is a great teacher...he is quiet as a lecturer, very truthful in his ideology, & quite expansive in his teaching on morality, giving you plenty of info to debate with. he never judged a personal view. it was a true pleasure to have a teacher who stands for all that is good in humankind and our potential. i'd definitely take him again.

there is a lot of readings and papers due once a week, but over all the class is pretty easy, and he talks about current issues and debate "hot topics" overall, the class was ok, and he is an ok teacher
