I must correct myself since I rushed my previous comment. We did use a textbook for the course but it was provided to us for free. Also, this was a "Coronavirus" online class. So I did not meet the professor in person. I don't know him. The lessons were asynchronous. I won't take any more marketing courses because I am not an MKT major.

I personally wouldn't take him again! He thought he was funny when he really wasn't. There are chapter quizzes every week and the final paper was super confusing.

I had him two days a week for class. He always made one of those days a hybrid. Kind of a minimalist and judges your work hard, but will not try to fail you. He understands that it is likely your last semester before graduating and doesn't make it unreasonably hard.

He's fine. The lectures are super annoying to go to because he just rants about random things. The quizzes are super easy, and you have one every week. Final project at the end of the semester instead of an exam

It's a fun class and I have no real problems. It's a very easy A if you show up and follow his notes exactly for the final project. Textbook is free too

Prof. Bonnici makes his classes very passable. His lectures are fun, interactive, and thought-provoking. Assignments and quizzes are light. You would probably have to actively work for a bad grade.

Only held class once a week, the other day was for you to complete the online quiz on the chapter (which is 60% of course grades). Group project is time consuming, but fun and interesting and not harshly graded. Professor funny and approaches mkting from an interesting perspective in lectures. Blow-off class, you won't learn much traditionally :

Don't take this prof unless you're a marketing major. He unreasonably expects too much. If you miss two classes, he'll hang you. Miss one quiz and your final grade will go into a freefall to the next one. With the exception of those who opted for the extra course load, most students attended twice a week. The extra course load killed me.

Easy class. Weekly quizzes online (60%) and a final group project + presentation + participation (40%). Took his hybrid class and we only met in class once every two weeks. His lectures usually had very little to do with the class, but they were interesting and fun to listen to.

Prof Bonnici is great. Takes attendance every class but lectures are so interesting! He makes difficult material very easy to understand. Online quizzes almost every week which make up 60% of your grade. The other 40% is from attendance, group project, and one solo project. Highly recommend!!

Bonnici is a good professor who uses real life examples and activities instead of lecturing off a slide. Sometimes it would seem as if he was getting off topic but would seamlessly tie it into marketing. We learned by doing, which I thought was very helpful. Quizzes online weekly, one easy group project and one easy solo project. great class!!

The problem is that Professor Bonnici expects too much. He hits you with media, websites, news, arguments and counterarguments. Its way too much for an introduction course. Having to read the whole textbook is a killer. Always takes attendance. There may never be a dull moment in class but his lectures should be shorter. Do not take this class.

MKT 295 was a 3 hour class for me. He makes it go by quick by lecturing about things that keep you interested, but have nothing to do with MKT. You barley are in class. It's all online quizzes, which are 60% of your grade. The final is a group project and he gives no directions for it. I learned nothing in this class. I barely took notes.

Expect the unexpected. One day he lectures about canadian red wheat mkts, the next time he rambles on how to distinguish between fake and real porcelain. Then he goes to a downtown Polish eatery and runs into an ex-Polish minister of whatever and brings him to class to lecture us about Polish govt whatever. He should teach global busn instead.

We had one week of class and one week of no class where an online quiz was due on those days. Online Quizzes were open book (he gives you code to get book for $24) and easy to do. No written final, but a final group project due the week before finals starts, which was straight forward and easy. He does like you to be in class though. No homework.

You're doing an online quiz more than you're in class but attendance is mandatory and if you miss a certain amount your grade will be really bad. The book is essential for the online quizzes but the class periods are random lectures with no power points or notes to write from the board.

Class only meets once a week and the other day you take an online quiz. The schedule isn't consistent though and he tends to change it around. He isn't too hard but he always seems to just talk about random things he comes up with in classes. Would like to stick to the book more. Not a fan.

Great experience in and outside the classroom. Took us in minivan to New England Patriots in Foxboro to visit their marketing operations. We ended up having a late lunch with Big Tex and Gostkowski.

This is a very easy class and an easy A. Teacher is very funny and informative. Class is 2x a week but you only need to go once a week. One day is a quiz online that you can copy and paste into the online book. You do not have to go to class but recommended as it is funny. Very nice guy!

By far the easiest class that I have taken at Central so far. He slits the class in two one day you show to class (but you don't really need to come) and the next you take a quiz online that comes straight from the book. The quizzes are not timed so you don't really need to read the book prior to taking the quiz. Easy A
