Mrs. Amling is awsome ! she's very nice. Sometimes the lecture can be a little boring but she's very fair. Exams are okay as long as you do the homeworks and exercises. Due dates are in reasonable time. best of luck!

I took her class online and she was very helpful and fair. Anyone who wanted to earn a grade got the grade. Plenty of oppertunities for extra points. Great overall teacher and good at explaining tough concepts.

Comment:

She teaches class as if she is in a trance. It would be funny because 5~6 people in the class would have their hands raised and she would just keep rambling on without even noticing. I eventually just tuned her out and studied the text book and the mhhe site rigorously while in class. Her exams correlated closely with the online practice tests.

Comment:

Ms. Amling is a wonderful teacher. The people that think she's boring, moody or hard are out of their minds. This class is pretty mathematical, so if you're good at math, you'll do great. If you don't understand the homework or any of the concepts, she will work with you until you get it. I highly recommend her if you want to learn something.

She is the BEST EVER. She goes out of her way to help you. You have to want to learn,not expect her to give you a good grade. She is more than fair. Her so called grumpy mood preceived by few is maybe her frustration for all the losers that are rude a** that come in late or disrupt the class. My 2 1/2 hr class went by faster than my hour classes.

I have never been so bored in a class. The 2 1/2 hour class is wasted every single day by Ms Amling JUST going over three simple homework problems and she drags those three problems out. She is unorganized, just talks about what you will learn in the textbook but does not teach it. She is making me want to change my major, I am very disapointed.

She's a really good teacher. If you really want to learn about accounting. take the class. If you want to goof off. dont take her. test are hard, but if you read the textbook, it becomes easier. She's clear about what she wants. Again take her if you want to learn something.

Teacher doesnt teach. Goes over homework pretty much and thats about it. Tests are like 80-90% textbook questions. 10% comprehensive on the subject itself. Style of teaching is purely book / text book vocabulary. Bottom line is you wont learn unless you self teach yourself everything.
