Dr. Molleda definitely knows his stuff. The class is super interesting and he knows all of his students by name. One thing that was a bit annoying was that he would travel a lot during the semester to do/attend PR stuff around the world (but that shows that his international PR experience is current, which is great) I definitely recommend.

Comment:

Dr. Molleda cares about his students and even though the tests are very hard I enjoyed his class and would take it again! I was actually sad when the discussion ended because the topics were very interesting. If you are interested in Global PR you will love this class if not, well you will probably love it after!

Absolutely horrible class! He's unhelpful, and when you ask for help, he's rude about it. Tests covered worthless information. Even if he was a good professor, the class itself is still worthless. Plus he didn't show up for probably 50% of classes and just sent grad students in his place. Do NOT take!

Comment:

He is one of the nicest teachers in the communication college. He knows a lot too. Attendance is pretty much mandatory and you have to study for the tests. The project guidelines are sometimes unclear, but he is always available to help students with questions, I got an A an it wasn't nearly as hard as ethics.

Tedious, boring classes. Tests are hard and can be unclear. Very nice person and knows a lot. Good class to take if you are interested in international PR, especially Latin/South America. If not, dont take it.

I really enjoyed this class. It was demanding, but I had the opportunity to learn about public relations around the world. Readings were very interesting. Dr. Molleda was great at encouraging participation. I really appreciated the feedback he gave me on my paper.

Comment:

Molleda was a very tough grader. His tests could also be a bit confusing . Also, it was difficult not having a book because we had to print out so much stuff. That said, although the class was sometimes a little boring, Molleda knows his stuff, and he is a very fair person and tries to be helpful. I got an A, but it was a lot of work. Good luck!

He was a pretty nice teacher but I do have one complaint. He is NOT consistent in his grading and I found that to be very unfair. In this class he lectured for one month, and after that it was all up to us. Because we didn't have class the assignments were unclear and he graded down on things even after he said that is how he wanted it!!

Absolutely amazing teacher! He was always there for me, provided answers to all my questions, I learned a great deal from him and I never felt like I was wasting my time in any of the classes I took with him. He may expect a lot, but he's always a fair grader and he goes the extra mile to help you if you really want to do well. Amazing teacher!

Admittedly Molleda is a tough grader, but he's fair. I had him twice for two different classes and he always was. Also, he was there to help you when you needed it. Truly a great teacher.

Nice Man. HUGE project helps you learn a lot, but it is MASSIVE, INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT and he DIDN'T GIVE US ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE IT. He is sometimes unclear about expectations. Tests are pretty hard. On the upside, You will probably learn more about research with him then any other teacher.
