This guy is awesome! He knows how to teach his class and he is funny, his test are tricky but fair. If you get bored easily do not take his class; however, if you like to listen to lectures definitely take him as a first choice.

BEST PROFESSOR I EVER had. No homework , Test are curved and mostly note based. Attendance is not mandatory. His lectures are like a movie, he act every thing out like skits. What more do student want? If someone think this class is troublesome, I can't imagine him/her passing other classes. I only spent 1 hour on this class a week

Moves very slow and some examples drag on a little too long, but makes sure you understand whats going on. Very helpful and knowledgeable Tests are TOUGH but very fair with a MAJOR curve. NO HOMEWORK, but I advise you re-read notes and what you dont get in the book. Test questions 99% from notes. This is a MUST take class! may change my major!

I loved this class. Edney was perhaps the best lecturer I've ever had - it was a joy to listen to him. Your grade will be based on a competitive curve over 4 exams. Do read the textbook as his exams are about 3/5 difficulty.

Oh My God. This guy is an ANGEL.I love him soooooo much!!! Best class of my college experience! I am currently taking Psych 1 with him and am planning on taking Psych 13 in the fall. he is AMAZING. TAKE HIM!!!!

Such a good teacher! So helpful and nice and fun too. Just take alllll notes and you'll be fine. It' a lot to process though but he makes everything clear and interesting. But I'm a psych major. Grades on a curve and give no reviews.

I LOVE HIM!!!! I wish he was my professor for all my other classes. Who said his 3 hour lectures are boring? It's actually so exciting. PLUS we get a 10 minute break for every 50 minute of class. AND attendance isn't even mandatory. Oh and it's an easy A

Edney was an interesting professor with an accent you will never found out about. Attendance isn't mandatory and if you just read the book, it's very easy to pass with an A. Lectures are boring, but he tries to excite. Easily recommendable! Take it! No other easier Psych professor, I promise.

This was my second attempt at this course I initially took this course with Sage and did not learn a thing, so with Edney he's a very humorous man and gives examples through stories or life experiences. He's very clear when lecturing and the reading isn't too heavy. The class only has three exams and no assignments. I highly recommend him.

Professor Edney was one of the funniest professors when it came to giving examples. 4 exams, NO HOMEWORK NO QUIZ, attendance is DEFINITELY MANDATORY. Exams are mostly based on his in-class notes. The book, personally, was a reference. Overall, great professor.

I loved this class! Lectures were always informative and entertaining. I thought it was an easy A, but I guess it's graded on a curve so not everyone will get good grades. Take notes in lectures and read the textbook and you'll do fine. He tells you if there's something you should study thoroughly for the exams.
