I took Enviro Econ (300 level elective) with Videras. The work load is VERY minimal: 1 problem set every other week. Course was easy overall. He comes off as strict/unapproachable, but in office hours he is really nice and willing to help. No laptops in class, don't go to the bathroom during class, be on time. Ask Q's in class & he'll like you

Julio Videras was really nice and helpful. He graded the labs a little toughly, although he made this class as entertaining as possible with his humorous lectures. I definitely recommend him!

One of my favorite at Hamtech. He takes a class with potential to be absolutely horrible and makes it as enjoyable as it can possibly be. Great sense of humor. Horrible taste in music/movies. STATA labs suck. Tests/quizzes/probsets are fair. Doesn't give out As.
