Comment:

The professor is really good if you're into getting straight up facts. Gives a lot of background information but you have to listen and write. goes by slides quick so paraphrase. Test are super easy and short all multiple choice. Hardest part of the class is the group presentation and its fairly easy. Doesn't like tardiness or talking OR PHONES!

Old school professor but tries to joke sometimes but nobody laughs. midterm/final/ 2quizes/ research paper/ group presentation. gives out blueprints for exams. Don't come late or fall asleep in class, u will be mocked. only did badly in this class for the semester. if u take notes and study them before exams, u will do good.

Boring Professor, takes him about 20 minutes to actually start the powerpoints but expects everyone to be on time & absolutely NO cell phones or eating. Every class you copy about 10 slides from powerpoints. Gives you useless review sheet class before exam. (Midterm & Final) also assigns group project & a research paper. Don't buy textbook!

THIS DUDE IS THE WORST.He is super strict,NO PHONES.Even if you want to check the time.If you are late 10-15min, dont even bother. He will look at you like "what are you doing". He will grade you harsh & unfair. There is no other word to describe it. Its a level 100 class and he takes it way to seriously. Just STAY AWAY from this dude.

Took his class twice and still got the lowest grade possible. Ridiculous teaching method. Ridiculous exams made based on sarcasm. Not helpful. Not easy. Goes by the book which he wrote himself!!! Not worth taking 1 credit class where you will struggle and so will your GPA. Never again!

he's a really good professor. some don't like him bc he's strict but i think that's how it should be. i loved this class. the prof knows just about everything there is to know about weapons. he's some kind of ex-agent bc his friend called him that when the hazmat guys and nypd esu gave a presentation in class, it was way good. he dresses nice too.

Tough grader, but extremely smart, Attendance is mandatory, and he will call you out. He's a funny guy and excellent dresser (the way it should be/traditional) don't be on the phone or he will call you out and publicly lower your grade...if you don't believe in hard work and studying, don't take him...he's a real college professor

Came out the class with a lot of knowledge in weapon history. Dont let the title fool you-its strictly a history class. I truly enjoyed the class and all material. HE IS a very very tough grader. Be on time, study real hard and complete ALL your assignments. I did all the above and walked out with a D+. Wont forget the material though!

Overall he is a great professor. I learned so much on weapons. He is ALWAYS on time and exactly what he says on the syllabus is exactly what he means and will do. He is kind of a hard grader. Participation and attendance is VERY important. If you don't study for his exams you WILL fail. The midterms, final, and test comes from the text and class!

This should NOT be a PED class it SHOULD be a History class. Do not take this course unless you like being treated like a child in grade school. The book, which the professor wrote is as disorganized as his thoughts. Overall very nice old gent however Very tough class LOTS of writing for a PED class. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

He is a good professor. You MUST hand in the reading assignments or you will fail. He's real helpful and explains everything. You have to read the book (he wrote it) and don't even try to use your cell phone in class. He'll catch you and embarrass you. Don't be late either. If you're Italian, he'll take a preference in you.

I recommend this professor!! He is very intelligent and helpful.Sometimes he has a dry sense of humor, but it does not mean that he has no respect for you. He respects his students. The issue of safety is #1 priority, but what do you expect when you are dealing with weapons? He has to be sure that everyone is safe.

AMAZING teacher. Funny, clear, knows EVERYTHING about the topic. do not be late though, he will embarrass you. attendance is important. easy chapter summaries (about 5) are the ONLY assignments throughout the semester. final paper is pretty easy. I would recommend it to anyone!

I took his class this summer and I can't believe how much I learned. The professor was so helpful and took time to meet with any student who wanted to discuss any problems. He was knowledgeable about the subject and went way past what the book taught. He was very fair and respectful to the class, but got really mad when one student texted in class.

Smart, funny, and a really nice guy. Treats everyone with respect and helps you any time you need it. I wish I could take more classes with him.
