Comment:

Professor Hazell is amazing. You have to do the reading before class for the quiz. She helps you with the essays by giving you points to write about and thesis you just have to put it together even for the exam. The presentation is easy just do the research and prepare to answer a question. Know the quotes and terms theyre always on the exam.

Comment:

Margaret Hazell is one of the worst professors I've ever taken. In class, she reads to her students, and her usual comment on the text is "my god, can you believe it". She never analyzes the text nor facilitates us to do so. She cares more about the vocabulary of the text than our understanding of it. Her teaching is as outdated as herself.

Professor Hazell is the sweetest little old lady. If you read the interesting readings you will pass the class. She is so kind and funny. Definitely take this class!

She is the best, especially for ESL students. Everything is easy except the annoying pop quiz. One midterm, final, one long paper and one short paper and a presentation. All in all, it is a easy class but needs work.

Prof. Hazell is a true sweetheart. She has a true passion for teaching and cares about her students. One 4-6pg paper, 2-3 short 2pg papers, one midterm, one final. Actively participate, copy down her notes and you'll be fine. She gives out pop quizzes, but they are fairly easy if you read. Definitely would take her again

Margaret Hazell is a really good English teacher. The class was very easy, she grades easily and let's you do papers over. She does give pop quizzes, they're easy if you read the assigned material which is normally good. Gives comprehensive review for final and midterm. 1 midterm, 1 final, 1 long paper, 2-3 short papers. Sounds harder than it is.

She is an amazing professor and an easy grader. The class is very organized. Several easy quizzes, one 4-6 page paper, easy midterm, easy final. She is very understanding and helpful. She would even come in on her day off to help students. Very nice lady! Recommend her!

This professor is passionate about literature. You can tell. Amazing class, amazing professor and she is extremely easy and helpful. There is one 4-6 paper (we had over a month to finish it), a presentation, a midterm and a final. There are a bunch of quizzes but if you read the text, you should be fine. I recommend her!

She is such a sweet and wise professor! She truly cares about her students and is very passionate of english/literature. I learned so much from her and she is an extremely lenient grader. Oh, and she is also very funny when she tells stories about her life. I highly recommend this amazing professor!
