Comment:

After first two weeks of class, he doesn't care your attendance. His lecture is confusing and not clear. Sometimes isn't easy to understand. He allows you use one page of note in tests. His questions are tricky and not relevant to what he has covered. Overall, not recommend him.

This is the 2nd time I take Ko (115 & now 125) The only reason why I took him again is because his class is chill. BUT he is HARD to understand! There are about 5-6 tests and a cumulative final. Tests are based on the hw. You get to use 1 pg notes on all tests. He never takes role.

YOU ARE ABLE TO USE 1 PAGE OF NOTES (CHEAT SHEET) IF YOU WOULD LIKE! HE SPENDS A LOT OF TIME ON ONE TOPIC BUT I THINK IT IS WORTH IT IF YOU NEED IT. HE IS WILLING TO HELP YOU UNDERTAND THE MATERIAL IF YOU DO NOT GET IT!YES HIS LECTURES MAY NOT BE THE MOST INTERSTING BUT WHAT OTHER PROFSSOR SHOWS UP ON A SATURDAY FOR THOSE WHO NEED EXTRA HELP!

Although he does let students use notes for test, he does NOT explain the problems or give examples similar to the one in the book, also does NOT follow the book. Does NOT encourage students to do better. Seems to be a nice person just had a bad class that semester over 75% droped!

If I u don't like math.Don't take him.His class is boring.His explanation isn't clear. But if u like math.Take him.Easy and nice teacher.Just do homework and come to do the test.Go to his office if u have any question.Attendance isn't necessary.This class is an easy class but not an interesting class

The people giving the reviews must be idiots. The is by far one of the easiest professors to take in math. After the first 2 weeks of class he doesn't take attendance anymore. I only show up on test days. He does assign homework but you have more than 2 weeks to do it and it is due on the test day. He also lets you use a CHEAT SHEET TAKE HIM!!

By far THE WORST MATH TEACHER. The man is nice, but wtf is he teaching! He strays off the subject ALL the time! No class participation, just him talking about why the problem is done a way its done, NOT HOW TO DO THE PROBLEM! IF YOU DONT MIND LEARNING FROM THE BOOK, be my guest, but I paid to be taught!

This professor is not the best, yet not the worst. you, indeed, do have to put alot of effect into self studies as he only covers most topic. he spends alot of time into the detail of what is being taught but this will significantly hinder the class as a whole as towards the end of the semester, he rushes the remaining material in a few days.

dont take him! If you want a good understanding of math, do not rely on him! Trust me! i dont know why his rating is good. First test, he included questions that he did not even cover -_-. Lectures alot, and doesnt really go much into the subject. It's more of a..Learn on your own! Im glad i didn't have to suffer with him for the whole semester.

he is absolutely terrible at lectures. most people have no clue what he's talking about. his tests and quizzes are also tricky as hell. worked my ass off to get a C in his calc class and i'm usually an A student
