She was pretty rude at times. I did become a better singer. It is one thing to be condescending, and another to just wear you down and not help you get better. Overall, if you can tough it up a little bit, then it is worth the A.

Comment:

Professor Fletcher is a great voice teacher and truly does know what she's talking about. She cares about her students and the class and is always prepared. With that being said, she can be rude to students and slightly condescending. Overall she was nice and I learned a lot.

Prof. Fletcher is fantastic! She really knows what she teaches and she is a delight to talk to. Ask her any question about vocal techniques, and she will answer you. I learned more with her in 12 weeks than I thought I would learn in 4 years. Just wonderful! I am definitely taking her again.

Mary does a decent job with her voice coaching, but spends an awful lot of time gossiping about other people during the lesson. I feel I spend more time listening to her complain about other people then actually singing.

Mary is a beautiful lady inside and out. I really enjoyed taking voice with her as well as just talking with her. She is great for advanced singers as well as those just starting their vocal studies. Love her.

I learned more from her in 12 weeks than I learned in four years of advanced choral work in high school. Very knowledgeable, and interested in helping you as much as possible. Try not to get sick, though, because she won't let you sing.

Has a great history of students. Has great connections. Brought out my voice like it was her job! oh wait... it is.
