He is a good quality professor. The lecture felt somewhat dull, but had interesting info/good coverage of general introductory engineering topics. Not much hw, but must do it well (he's clear in his instructions though). Helpful in office hours, reasonable assignments, and responsive to email. I'd recommend, wish I could take more of his classes.

Nice man, not very enthusiastic. Doesn't feel like you're learning much that's useful until looking back on the course. Gives a good intro to engineering. He grades fairly, you're told what is expected (so put in a little work and you'll get a good grade). Not too much hw, useful accompanying drafting lab.

ES 110 is a catch all class for engineering majors. Most of the topics Professor Mojtabai lectured on are common knowledge for most students. The lecture may be boring, but the lab is a little more interesting.

The fellow grades like a lunatic. He doesn't care if our designs have any potential of working at all... but, for example, when i used carrots to denote powers rather than superscript that was huge points off.

Is very motivated and cares about all classes that he teaches, not just the 300 mlevel or higher, but even the intro 100 level classes. Will ALWAYS take the time to answer questions on class material, and will also take the time to field questions about other subjects and career advice. As an advisor, he is one of the best on the campus.

Good guy - knows how to be cool and have fun joking around a bit but also knows when not to. Slight accent but it's NOTHING compared to a lot of other professors. The lab is very interesting and fun but the lecture is boring enough to make you cry at times.

He is really a good teacher. His homework is upto the mark and mostly related to field problems faced by general engineers.His homewrok is good and I do like. He is very helpful. He makes class not a tense place in world but bit funny and happy place to learn. Two Thumbs Up.

Such a boring class. Talks about pointless things that you probebly already know about such as sig. figs (for two weeks!). The lab is worse. This class is irrelivent to future classes. But if your in engineering it's required.
