Knowlegable. Explains the whys and hows of techniques well. He knows the physiology and biology behind use-of-force and physical conditioning well beyond the simple "gym teacher" capacity. An educated, dangerous man who is friendly, sincere, and wouldn't hurt a fly. I suspect he knows much more than his credentials reveal. He likes Martha Stewart.

Pete Rocks!!! He has taught me alot of stuff that I didn't know, even with a martial arts background. Just a word to the wise... NEVER VOLUNTEER!!!! It can hurt. Pete is a great all around guy however and I really look up to and respect him. Thanks for everything Pete.
