If you ever have to take Business Law, take it with Ettman online. He makes the subject understandable and focuses on basics. One homework a week, which is reading his notes and answering some questions. Options for test questions given ahead of time and you can prepare answers. As long as you read and participate, you'll do great.

Awesome professor! By far my favorite professor at westfield state. He made class interesting and fun despite it being about business law or unions. Took him twice. I prefer in person with him because he is a funny guy. I recommend him to anyway. He is great.

Business Law. No homework, 3 tests that you get 10 questions a week in advance. 3 or 4 of the questions will be on exam. You can use the piece of paper on the exam with notes on it. However, you must take in-depth notes during class in order to answer the questions on the test. Easy A if you take notes and pay attention.

Great teacher, only have I believe 2 exam's that are essay format. He does not take attendance, however everything he talks about in class is fair game to be on the exams. He gives you a list of questions that could be on the exam, you can email him with the answers and he will either reply with "on the right track" or No. Easy A-B.

Prof. Ettman is a very intelligent man and uses his life experiences as a lawyer in the class room setting. As long as you are prepared for class and exams you will do very well! He cares a lot about students, and even was my club adviser and was helpful with my grad school apps. I recommend him 100%

I took his class online and he always gave us a specific outline of the book and gave a quick assignment that matched up. He was extremely easy and only had a couple of tests, which were easy because he gave the questions days ahead of time and you could propose answers and he'd tell you if you were right or not.

Knows his stuff. Pay attention, ask questions, take notes and use the book when prepping for his exams and it's all smooth sailing. The 3 question exams actually work out to 10 questions since he gives you all in advance (you can write a page of notes to use) but only picks 3 for the exam. So you wind up answering all of them to be ready...slick!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Clear, concise, uses examples and has humor. I had four major test that were easy. He let us have the questions on the exam before hand. You will learn a lot and enjoy his class. I recommend bring in a laptop and typing all the notes because it will help you tremendously =)

He is by far the BEST prof. at WSC (or atleast one of them) I would take his classes over again even if I didn't need the credits. You def. learn a lot and the classes are tons of fun. So go to class and try because he is always willing to help you out.

Ettman is awesome! he doesnt take attendance but the class is interesting and i highly suggest you go...you will get alot out of it. there's only 3 exams and you get the questions ahead of time, it doesn't get much better than that!
