I like Rachel. However, I had a hard time in the class. She has a tendency to disregard the students for some reason or another. Fairly convinced of herself; as she should be. She has been teaching forever. But everything just seemed a jumble, and I always seemed one step behind. It might have been me, but I was mildly disappointed in the course.

When first attending Mrs. Stevens class I thought it was going to be fun, she seemed like a very cool teacher at first. Then halfway through term she tells me I'm not making improvement by her standards, and now two weeks before class ends she tells me I'm failing and should withdraw from her course. She is also ignoring my asking for help.

Truly horrible teacher. Cancelled three classes yet chided me for missing two classes. Did not prepare me for writing 122. I learned more on my first day of 122 during our review of 121 than I did the entire term of 121. Do not take this professor. You will learn nothing and get a bad grade.

Very very unorganized i wouldn't recommend her to no one. Drags her speech a lot and shares personal life way to much and rarely shows up to class just to tell you your not passing takes for ever to hand work back always has an excuse.

Super flaky. American Working-Class Literature is really interesting, and the readings were great, but she's done very little to guide the students and I had a lot of trouble communicating with her. Boring, disorganized. I'd say only take her if you love the topic and are very on-the-ball.

Rachel was sick alot. She expectes more from her students than she gives to the class. Some inconsistancys in her grading and the material was some what boring. Could have done a better job explaining what she wanted from students. Many of my class mates felt the same.

In 10 years of college, This is the only teacher I can honestly say was *terrible*. She was boring, the topics were boring, and the discussion time reminded me Roman gladiator games. People were rude, and the discussions were out of control. Rachel did nothing to guide the conversations, she just sat back and smiled as people tore eachother apart
