If you have a chance to take Math and Fairness in Elections, please do!! It is a very informative class and generates meaningful thought about the US electoral system. Klima is also super nice and the class is not difficult. Take it!!

Comment:

Great professor and a very interesting seminar. I never expected voting theory to be so interesting. He only offers this class every 4 years, during election years, so take it if you get the chance. Not overly math-heavy. Homework is given just about every class, but there are no exams whatsoever, just two papers/presentations.

Amazing professor! He is incredibly helpful and if I had the opportunity I would absolutely take one of his classes again. He is hands down one of the best professors that I have had.

Dr. Klima really knows what he's talking about and manages to convey the concepts and the specific math. He's very engaging in lectures and very helpful in person. He assigns a lot of homework, but its not super tough and he's happy to help or let you turn it in late. Great professor. Definitely recommend1

Very nice guy. Homework due every class, but you have to do the homework to understand the material, which is hard to grasp. Teaches off of powerpoints. Really cares about his students and takes the time to really explain why everything works the way it does.

Dr Klima is definitely one of the best math teachers Ive had. He gives a lot of quizes which all come from the homework, and a lot of the times lets you work together. He understands his material well and is great at helping you understand it. He is a very fair teacher. He's a very funny guy and always makes the class laugh.Take him for every math

Dr. Klima is an awesome teacher. It's hard to not be successful in his class. Homework is optional, but basically every single quiz question AND test question is directly from the homework he assigns, so it's helpful to do it. Quizzes once a week, and tests every few weeks. Also, there are correction quizzes after tests to get points back.

The BEST math prof. at ASU! Prior to his class I was horrible at math. I learned a lot from Dr. K. No mandatory homework, but if you do what he assigns, you can use your homework on ALL the quizzes. And the quizzes are the EXACT same problems straight from the homework. Exams also use the same problems. Take Dr. K! The best professor here!

Hes a very nice and compassionate teacher. He will work with you until you get it. His class is really easy, but if you don't do the homework its harder. He will let you use your homework on the quiz's and that is all the quiz is made up of-the homework. SO as long as you get your homework right you'll deffiantly get an A in there.

Dr. K is the best math teacher I've had in my entire life. I think he actually made me like math. Very cool, entertaining, easy class if you go and take good notes.

Great Teacher,makes math fun. Really good at explaining thing. Real hard class. If you do your homework you can use it on all quizzes, and tests are all straight from homework too. Got to use previous tests and corrections on final. Really nice, but despite the pluses, still hard concepts, does not compare to calc I, i got an A in I and a D+ in II.

Klima is an excellent professor. The class is the only Math class that most will take in college and he realizes this fact. Class is enjoyable with no required homework and the tests are taken straight from homework. He also enjoys discussing events that are taking place on campus (i.e. football, basketball, homecoming, etc...). Very Positve.

one of the best math teachers ever. class is fairly easy, he doesnt ever check homework, but it helps if you do it because 80% of his exam questions come straight from the homework problems he assigns..is more than willing to help you if your confused..lectures are somewhat boring, but you must attend class in order to pass..really really easy!

Comment:

The best math teacher I've ever had!!! I earned a B- in his class, and barely broke a sweat! He can get a bit repetative, but if you need help his always there. Tests are somewhat easy. Lab work is lengthy, but it's worth it in the end. Go to class and you'll be fine! Seriously...he's easy!!!!
