8am class at the GMC was tough, too early for me. Grade is based on the 2 best grades between the 2 midterms and the final. Failed the first and got a C the second. I have no idea what I got on the final but I got a B+ overall. Reading the book helped a ton for the final. 2 extra credits from 40 min videos. Wants you to go to office hrs. Good humor

I took this class in the GMC in the lecture hall at 8 am. He is a great prof but if you are a visual learner then he isn't for you. I struggled because he just buzzes through power points and I can't keep up. You only have 2 midterms and the final. Just be sure to read and keep up with the info and go to class.

Your grade in Dr. Eyler's class is based off of two mid terms, the final, and some small extra credit assignments. I had his class in a large lecture hall so he couldn't take attendance, but if you skip class a lot it will show on your tests. Dr. Eyler had a lot of office hours and would email you back promptly to answer any questions.

Robert is awesome! Keeps you awake at 8am, but I honestly never went to class and got a B. With his grading options, you can only take one exam and the final if you want but be ready to pull an all nighter the night before. He is funny & his lectures are informative. He wants you to learn & gives a couple extra credit assignments. Would take again!

Rob was a great professor, he is so enthusiastic about what he does and makes getting up at 8 am less miserable. He really works hard and wants everyone to understand the material. He gave practice tests that were just like the test. I would highly recommend taking him.

Dr. Eyler is super passionate about macroeconomics. He is easy to listen to, but subject matter did get dry at times. His test are hard and require a lot of effort.

Overall, knowledgeable guy. He knows what he's talking about, and he allows for students to ask clarifying questions. Tests are standard, similar to high school ones, but if you just study, you'll be completely fine.

Good teacher, but this is a hard class. Large lecture class so very impersonal. He is always willing to answer questions and is an expert on the subject. You're graded on 2 midterms, 2 small extra credits, and a final which are all difficult. Wants you to read, but not mandatory and he posts all his powerpoints online and lectures on Youtube.

Super nice guy and pretty good at lecturing, but to do well on the tests you have to go to class! He talks about the topics that are going to be on the test in the manner that they are written on the test. Overall a really interesting class.

You go to lecture for an hour and a half and he just talks at you, but he's pretty good at answering questions. Nice guy, talks super fast, and expects you to read a bunch for his class, but it's not necessary. Three tests and two extra credit assignments make up your grade, and the tests are pretty hard. Interesting class, best teacher by far!

Dr. Eyler is an excellent teacher and a super talented person. You don't need to take the textbook to class, but you need to read the book. Reading the book prior to classes help you better understand his talking (he is fast); however, you can get all the points by carefully following his lectures. He is very helpful to instruct the exams.

Eyler is crazy smart... and his material reflects it. Money and Banking was an interesting class, but tough. Take notes, ASK QUESTIONS, and go outside his textbook for answers.. his text is his book, a bit hard to follow. TOUGH class, but worth taking. A student, got a B. is what it is, guy's smart, funny and all around chill. Good luck!

This guy is a genius, he has so much knowledge of the subject that its ridiculous. He is very helpful and his notes are very clear, it's kind of a tough class content wise but he makes it very clear and all you need to do is study the notes. The tests are essays, so as long as you know what you're talking about you get a good grade.

Eyler is a good professor and I highly recommend him. He goes a little crazy with notes, but it is necessary due to the amount of material he covers in Money and Banking. So take clear notes and study the practice exams and you should do fine.

Your grade pretty much depends on how much effort you put into the class. Easily the most helpful professor I have ever had. As others have said, he WANTS you to do well. His lectures are somewhat based off of the text, but he adds a lot to it. His classes are interesting and keep you alert. Can't say enough good things about this guy.
