Comment:
Very tough grader on homework and tests. Says he is the kind of guy to put A-Q on multiple choice questions. Does not explain homework... at all... so prepare to teach yourself. The beginning of the class is much harder than the last half. Projects and labs are fun to do, but expect lab reports for each one unless he gets behind. Takes attendance.

Thinks he is god of the technical college. Loves to show off and make you feel dumb. Homework is difficult and doesn't come from the lecture or the powerpoints. Textbook is useless. Exams are hard even though they're online. Hot and cold guy- good person, just not a good professor.

What do you want to get out of your class? Do you want to learn REAL skills and knowledge that will help you after college? Than look no farther. Or do you want to sleep through classes and still get a good grade? Than keep looking. He's "hard" but a very fair grader. If your going to UNI than choose him. He's TRULY a cut above the rest!

Gives no help on the homework. You might as well expect to spend 4 hours on one homework assignment. Also you have to come in outside of class to work on the labs and you do not get the extra 1 credit for the lab.

Show up for class you'll miss a weeks worth of stuff in one period. This guy is nice, but loves to blow you out of the water by "showing off" how much he knows about props of metals. which is good. but his intro course and text are pretty steep. Monotone voice "Ben Stein". Good Person. Rough prof.
