This lady is great. She's the most laid back person ever and she has a unique way of teaching. A lot of class discussions and group collaboration. She cancels class often too, Take her! You won't be disappointed.

Sharon is the very nice and the EASIEST teacher ever! She truly wants to help everyone in any way. Doesn't believe in due dates so you turn in your papers whenever you finish them. You do have to go to class everyday for attendance, even though the class gets a little boring (she tends to talk a lot and tell stories). All in all, an easy A.

Sharon Price is THE BEST professor I have had here at App. She is the SWEETEST person and makes learning SO fun. I hate English so much and thought this would be another class that I hated, but she proved me wrong. She encourages thinking and her free writing exercises are wonderful. She is so sweet and amazing. TAKE HER!!!!

Price is a nice professor who is willing to work with your schedule for deadlines. Essay topics were very bland (most likely due to the fact that it was linked with an Appalachian Studies class) but she is a very easy grader. She cancels class often which is nice. Take this if you need a GPA booster.

EASY class. She's really nice, but kind of boring. It's ok though, cause class gets canceled half the time anyway. She doesn't grade anything until the end of the semester, and she grades easy. Not a bad class.

very easy A. she is the nicest teacher i have ever had and she is very helpful also. will give extensions on papers and any other work due. just dont take her if you like to go to class all the time because she will cancel atleast once every 2 weeks.

Class seems kind of pointless at times, but it's really easy and she gives lots of really good feedback on papers. Everything is due at the end of the year in a portfolio, after you've corrected it. She's really nice, but be warned that if you take her Lit class it's going to include a lot of Appalachian related literature.
