Professor Nelson is truly amazing. At my 3rd attempt for a math class I decided to take her in Fall 2014 she is the best, she makes sure you understand the work, helps you if you need it and you can tell that she really cares about the students. If you are still debating you need to TAKE HER CLASS.. you will be glad you did!

She is there for you as much as possible. You just have to do your part and ask for help if you do not understand. Also, do not make it a habit to come in late!! She constantly allows room for extra credit. If you struggle with math, this is a teacher that can work with your learning style, if you get something wrong, she will help get it right!

Professor Nelson Is an amazing teacher! Her teaching methods are on point. She also really cares about her students. She gives extra credit. But, don't be late to her class and have you cell phone off when you enter the room. Also, she will work with you outside the class if you need help. She makes math fun.

She actually taught me in a way I would understand. I appreciated her help with everything and I would love to take er class again if I could. It is a very easy class just do your homework and worksheets. Tests are relatively easy. Worksheets count as extra credit on your tests. You will actually have fun most of the time.

Professor Nelson makes learning fun and enjoyable. If you don't like math no worries Professor Nelson always offers to help. Professor Nelson offers extra credit which is optional and also help you study for test. Take good notes in class. All of the material covered in class is on the test. I would highly recommend taken Professor Nelson!

Mrs. Nelson was by far the best math teacher I've ever had! I've always struggled in math, but Mrs. Nelson was determined to help me not only pass the class, but help me to understand what I was doing. She gives extra credit on ALL her tests and even for doing work on the board! If only all teachers were like her, the graduation stats would be up!!

Professor Nelson was great! I had her for MAC 0018c and passed. She is very helpful offers extra credit. He test are exactly what you learn with the notes! She's funny, and caring, understanding and just all around a joy to have as a teacher! I will definitely take her again!

Susan Nelson so far is the best professor that I have met. You are going to love her! her class is easy she always help you since she wants you to learn and fall in love with math. Definitely take her if you are not that good at math she will make you feel that smart and the learning experience is fun. She doesn't use the textbook so is good .

Professor Nelson is nothing short of awesome. I was a math hater before I took this class, she made me love it. You have to practice and do your share of work at home, but if you really practice and learn the concepts it's easy to pass. You must take your quizzes and be to class on time. No book needed. GREAT PROFESSOR!!!

Best teacher ever! She is so nice but strict when it comes down to the work! Make sure you do her work or you will not pass this class! Test are pretty easy and you can ALWAYS do test corrections and get your points back! NO BOOK NEEDED. One of the best caring and loving teachers around...

Professor Nelson is Boring, Dry humor and Mean not to mention bitter. She yelled at me in front of classmates she was not helpful and non responsive to emails. She's extremely helpful,nice and truly cares and goes out of her way for students. Her class is truly an easy A as long as you keep up with your notes, show up and do your labs. The tests are in class. Attendance is a MUST in her class and you cant be more than five minutes late, ever. She's full of jokes. She makes math simple.

Aside from her own lack of organization and keeping the class in tact, she is a great person and professor.Homework is clear.I hadn't had a math course in decades and she was willing to help IF you show up in Mathconnections. Don't bother emailing her, she never responds. However, she will give you all the time and attention you need in person.
