Dr. Clarke is the absolute best! I took this class and found it so interesting! I enjoyed learning from Dr. C and she is always willing to put her students first. Take this class and get to know Dr. C because she will help you find a job, apply for internships, and just be an overall better student. I cannot stress enough how amazing this women is.

Professor Clarke was a nice professor. She really has the best interest at heart, but she is just a very monotoned professor- it was hard to stay awake in her class.

She is one of the best professors I have ever had at JMU. She uses relevant examples to explain concepts and is very straightforward. Her tests are quite difficult but she does allow a cheat card so use it wisely. Don't buy the textbook because she puts everything you need to know on the powerpoints.

This class opened so many doors for me and I am elated to have been working at internet marketing agency in Boulder, CO now because of the skills I gained from 490. She opened my eyes to this amazing world of paid search and I could not be more happy in it! Life changing is an understatement.

Dr. Clarke was an awesome teacher who made the class enjoyable, beneficial, and made hard concepts easy to understand. If you want to learn a lot about a growing field in online marketing I highly suggest taking Dr. Clarke. She helped numerous students in my class get great jobs in the online marketing field. She is the best teacher at JMU!

Dr. Clarke was the best teacher I had at JMU. She is extremely helpful, and it is obvious she loves her job and wants her students to do well. She teaches by using real life examples which will help you in your career. Her class was by far the most enjoyable class I had at JMU. I highly recommend Dr. Clarke for any class you can take with her.

I don't know where I would be without Dr. Clarke's classes! After taking both her Internet MKTG class (MKTG470) and Google Challenge(MKTG490) I feel confident that I have the skills and experience employers look for in graduates. She is incredibly passionate about what she teaches and it shows in her courses. Don't graduate without taking her!

Dr. Flaherty is extremely fair, you'll learn something worthwhile. Work hard and you'll be rewarded for it. Employers will be impressed with the projects completed in her classes (384,470). You'll be exposed to real-world work and get career direction. I've gotten an amazing job with Dr. Flaherty's help, don't pass up the opportunity she offers.

I had Dr. Flaherty for to courses and loved both of them! It's true, they aren't easy-- but they are fun and you can learn a lot. Also, Dr. Flaherty is always willing to help. She even helped me land my first job out of college.

Good teacher, won't lie this class wasn't the easiest class that I expected it to be, but in the end it was extremely interesting and useful. I just graduated in December and the project that we did in the class actually played a very big role in me attaining a great job in Northern Virginia.

Excellent professor. Approachable, open, and quite flexible. Refreshing to actually have to use the textbook and gain something from the course. Assignments drew together lectures and reading quite nicely, whereas other courses I felt the textbook was a waste of money. More worthwhile than what I was anticipating before coming in.

Way Overrated. I don't doubt that she's a genius in her specified field, but she is very unflexbile when it comes to your ideas and how she wants it done. Definitely thinks she's above the students and treats the class like were back in grade school at times. Poor attitude and demeanor and would rather take the course with someone else.

A little harder than her 470 class - 3 exams and a huge project that is actually kinda fun. She's really nice, just make sure you study a lot for exams!!
