She is an awesome professor, i really liked how she got to know her students. Lectures are boring but very helpful. Tests are easy if you attend lectures and take notes. I would definitely recommend to take her for the class!!

She is very nice and wants to get to know her students. Her lectures are very monotonous and you have to do 2 projects. The 2nd of the two is an 8 page paper. Both projects are CLEARLY outlined. It is not a difficult class. You need to do the work and attend class. She takes roll almost everyday and will give extra credit Q in class sometimes

AWESOME TEACHER!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. her lectures are very interesting and test are based on lectures so attendance is a must. she's very helpful and nice, and replies back to emails usually within that same day, if not a few hours. there are also extra credit opportunites on exams as well. i would definitely take her again if needed.

I took this class last year. She is very caring and likes to talk to students before class starts. Exams are not hard and gives extra questions for extra credit. Exams are based on lectures. She does signing sheet everyday but sometimes she forgets. She is a good teacher to take.

Great teacher, lectures can get boring because she keeps you the entire class period every time. Tests are very easy and the 2 projects are very easy too. She lays everything out for the projects, just follow directions and you will get an A.

her lectures were monotonous but she did have great insight and facts about things that we had to learn. she has you do a diet analysis project which i thought was cool, i didnt like the work it entailed- but it wasnt too hard. gives extra credit on the test. must read the book however, which was fairly boring.

I did enjoyed her class last semester. She was a bit boring during lectures. Her exams are not that difficult. Attendance is a must to get a good grade on all the exams because her exams are based on her lecture (most of the time).

Tests are fairly easy but grading on papers is very critical. Very nice professor.
