Dr. Devlin is the most wonderful person at Montgomery College, patient, and kind. She is an expert in the organization of ENGL 102 course, beautiful subjects that the society faces in the present. Always keep you up, accept your work even if it's late. She is always there to help and encourage. That is what a student needs, right?

This was my third attempt at ENGL101 and I was terrified I would fail again. Prof Devlin made that impossible. She is the most kindhearted and helpful professor Ive EVER had. Im very excited to be taking 102 with her next semester. If you need to take ENGL101, do yourself a favor and take it with Professor Devlin.

Professor Devlin is absolutely amazing!! She truly wants you to succeed and provides all the tools and resources necessary for that. I used to hate English classes but after taking EN102 with professor Devlin I can confidently say I would take another English class with her in a heart beat.

Professor Devlin is AMAZING! I would take her again for any other class if I could. She cares about your grades and also as a student individually which is something you do not see often in a online only course. She gives multiple opportunities for students to earn extra credit if they need it and she genuinely cares about the class.

This has been on of my most enjoyable/ fun courses. I took women's studies with professor Devlin and she is sooo caring and respectful. she respected each and every student and valued their opinions. There are so many extra credit and you will get an A just by trying. Professor Devlin was kind enough to even help me figure which classes to take.

She is honestly the best teacher I have ever had. She encourages her students rather than discourages them and gives very positive yet helpful feedback. She is very accessible outside of class and really cares about all of her students. If I could take her again I would.

She is fantastic! She is awesome! She is inspirational! Her lectures are more like discussions. In her class, we basically brainstorm and converse on empowering writers which helps us understand and write powerful essays. She provides great feedback when it comes to heavy essays! Very nice and laid back but make sure you do your work!

Very very very caring professor. She finds the beauty in everyone's writing. She grades very sincerely and gives great feedback. She gives plenty of time to write drafts and finals. She gives plenty of extra credit opportunities. I wish I could take her again for English 102 but my schedule doesn't allow me to :(
