She's a very nice lady. I am taking now the open class for excel & access 2007. She is always available either by phone or email. Extremely helpful and understanding. The classes are intense because the hmwk is hands-on, but there's no better way to learn excel or access so it is helpful. You take one midterm & one final plus the hmwks for a grade.

Ms. Canavan is a very nice instructor. She assignes a lot of work but it is important to learn the material. She is always willing to the help but because of the nature of the course you must ask for help when you need it. It is an independent study course. She will help you if you ask for help.

I was unable to get in touch with this teacher. she is not very helpful or knowedgeble in the subject she is trying to teach. I am quite convinced that there is no difference in taking this class independantly or not!
